Kitty love the APC shirt

AmberNectarine · 16/02/2016 19:29

I bought a bomber jacket! Quite an understated number from H&M, but I really like it. The Topshop one was too bulky on me.

Drywhitethanks · 16/02/2016 19:49

Built some Ikea furniture today....have 2 screws left Shock

Evening!

kitty I have the exact same shirt you linked, so buttons all the way down.

I used to love those Top Gun leather bomber jackets from the late '80. One of the older boys at my school had one of those and it made him look super cool.

The weather here is rubbish, grey and a freezing wind.

shopafrolic · 16/02/2016 21:11

Marsha something new. Might need to pick your brains (and Blingy's)

MarshaBrady · 16/02/2016 21:21

Shop yes of course! Pick your medium ; I'm here

Longislandicetee · 16/02/2016 21:37

I am around Shop. Am lying down next to ds. Phone is in other room but the little darling Hmm should be asleep shortly.

AmberNectarine · 16/02/2016 22:33

No one ever picks my brains Sad

QueenC · 17/02/2016 08:25

Me neither amber!

Getting bored of winter wear now and want to break out of the boots. Was planning loafers today but it's raining so boots again it is. Come on spring.

AmberNectarine · 17/02/2016 12:30

Unexpectedly going to a Tinie Tempah gig for MTV tonight. Standing only so think I'll wear my silver classics, jeans, a crop top and bomber jacket. And try not to look 10y older than everyone else Wink

Karcheer · 17/02/2016 14:16

amber/queen nor me.

queen I agree! it's so wet and cold, doesnt help having bits of roof missing due to the builders.

justasecond · 17/02/2016 15:38

Hi everyone
I am just about surviving ht. Have decided to keep them in all day today as it is so cold and I have loads of housework to do
Fed up of the weather, can only wear skinnies with boots and socks. Also getting bored of my beloved black, grey and navy. I think a bright red or cobalt jumper would be nice. Anyone seen anything not too ££?
Love the antigona and paddington blingy I always wanted a paddington back in the day.
I really like that bomber jacket amber makes me feel old tho as I had one in my first year at uni which is now over 20 years ago!
I have discovered lost many evenings to on youtube who does facerobics. Her own transformation is amazing. I have noticed sagging on my jawline, a curse of my fat cheeks so I am hoping it will work. Anyone tried it?

LinusLovesBretons · 17/02/2016 19:19

Evening!

Saw this tee and thought of shop for some reason Wink

Tinie Tempah's Pass Out is one of my favourite tracks to run to in the days I went for a run at least three times a week

justa I have noticed some sagging of my jawline as well recently Sad

queenc I am so over winter as well. I need sunshine and want to stop wearing bulky coats!

Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 19:42

Have a great time Amber

So I took DS shopping bonded with 2 mothers on bench outside Top Man fitting rooms, both blitzing teenaged sons' wardrobes during half term, we almost escaped for a Wine...think X Factor jury as each boy came out to show clothes[gron] anyway, got rid of DS old enough to catch train home alone, result! and had a mooch.

Zara....always looks great on other people/in window/in mags.....always a bit meh on me.

I tried :

dress bit boho, not 'me', pretty but swarmed me...for a taller person

OP posts:
Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 19:48

dress lovely colour, stiff polyester fabric, a bit odd on me.

OP posts:
Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 19:51

dress lovely, not so mini on me, but I'm too messy for white cotton....

OP posts:
Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 19:55

dress so body con it has a zip at the top and at the bottom, I nearly dislocated an arm getting in, almost had to call the SA to help me get out of it, lovely print, very plasticky fabric. No thanks.

Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 20:00

top you know how I love cream/white lace tops.....not this one. Scratch, polyester fabric. Yuck

OP posts:
Karcheer · 17/02/2016 20:02

The first dress would, look like curtains on me.
The second looks a bit like self portrait dress, don't you think?
I like the 3rd but I need to accept that white isn't practical for my life either in fact anything that's not mud coloured isn't really right
I've too many lumps for the 4th dress.

Did they have any nice mud coloured trousers?

Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 20:03

WOAH.....this top, but most certainly not the trousers cute print, nice colours, love the sleeve detail, but it was a bit short in the body.

OP posts:
Karcheer · 17/02/2016 20:03

The top looks like it should be lovely.

Karcheer · 17/02/2016 20:04

Looks a bit like she fell into libertys head first!

Drywhitethanks · 17/02/2016 20:05

A couple of dodgy knits and a blazer that was so boring I'm not sure why I bothered.

Then.......I sprinted to Karen Millen.....and tried on, loved, and bought:
