I love all those dresses linked for Lara especially the navy PP - it didn't look up to much in the picture but once on the model it looked lovely. Also like the red one with the cape.

Blair, your legs most definitely don't look like parsnips! The loafers look ok and not too frumpy - actually I think they're a good alternative to trainers.

I'm wondering what to wear for the first week of our holiday too - lots of walking in and around jungle and remote-ish places so obviously flipflops are not an option. A friend recommended these sketchers. The only plus point I can think of is one reviewer said they are like walking on marshmallows!

I just don't want to be in pain! I wouldn't say it ever ruins my holidays, I don't remember it after, but at the time it's horrendous.

Dry I think insoles are meant to be good for flat feet. DH has plantar fasciitis and there's lots out there for foot issues. (We're a right pair )

Ds3 has Nike roshes and loves them. Yes, I was thinking bright pink sketchers might be a bit much, will probably plump for navy.

Ty on Muubaa support the quality is fab and buttery soft suede but the Camel one was just "meh" when actually on but brown one is perfect and very much "me"

Re Moshulu I've only ever bought one pair of shoes from them many moons ago so not specially a fan but remember they were pretty and super comfy

Next I think I would like to find the perfect cream leather jacket but not paying full price so let me know if you spot anything

Just watched the 4the episode of The Night Manager.

SPOILER ALERT: I was a bit dissapointed with the much publicised sex scene. A quickie against a hotel wall doesn't do it for me. Especially seeing the protagonist's bare bottom whilst his trousers are around his ankles was a major turn-off.

Have you looked at Fitflops Blair? I had plantar fasciitis about 8 years ago so bought fitflops and whispers love 'em - I've had loads over the years but currently these cloggs for knocking about the house and these.

I quite like these pumps
and the
ballerins's are not too bad.

I will say that I walked round Universal studio's for about 10 hours in fitflops and my feet were fine as opposed to wearing pumps the day before where my feet hurt after a few hours.

I like those oxfords Fedup! The problem I have with fitflops and the like is that the websites never specify arch support. I suppose I ought to seek some out in real life (I do own some but only the original flip flop ones).

Has anyone actually tried it against a wall? Just doesn't work here, too big a height difference....or is it only in movies?

Im at conference today so ootd is navy jaegar dress, navy tights and navy loafers.

Had a great night last night at a dinner party. Amazing food and good fun, feel so out of it today.

I own a fitflop too! Great walking for hours but didn't mention before as thought you were after closed smarter walking shoes...
My flat feet never suffer in them and the arch support is good!

I'll try and get to a shop where I can look at some enclosed fitflops soon. When I say arch support, I mean my feet are literally shaped like an S (because the tendons on top of my toes are very short) so that sculpted insole is really what I need.
