Happy love all your links, what a great bit of sales shopping. I quite like the dress as something a bit different. Try it on and see how you feel

Blair I'm the same as Justa and Kitty and wear my normal size in shearling-lined pistols.

Safety fabulous APC playsuit, I really love it

Blingy I feel a bit constrained thinking about it! They are gorgeous though

QueenC no I haven't heard her speak, I do remember how badly she was portrayed in the press at the beginning, and now I think she looks loads better. A combination of being happier and the press not hounding her for bad shots I imagine

HappyGirlNow · 04/01/2016 21:50

Thanks for comments on links all Grin appreciate it esp re dress I am unsure of

Oh yes linus the short dresses are definitely with opaque as I don't have the best legs and I am 40 ish Grin

kitty I really like it but just worried it's a bit girly (see above) but thinks it's ok, not too flipsy I don't think..

blingy and fedup I'm just under 5 ft 10 and size 10/12 - would probably wear Zara dress with opaque and heeled shoe boots..

blingy would love the shoes in red..

I love this thread I do Grin

FedupNagging · 04/01/2016 21:52

Woolovers order (to be returned for smaller size)

Blueberry crewneck

Pink

Gorgeous colour and fabric but style looked terrible on me so that's going back full stop!

QueenC · 04/01/2016 21:53

blingy what colour rockstuds will you get?

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 04/01/2016 21:59

Thanks Justa, Kitty and Marsha. I knew all the answers would be about Pistols! Have just ordered these beauties. I've been getting numb feet lately and never even owned Uggs, did a search to see what shearling-lined boots were out there, and pinned them a couple of months back. I never expected them to be reduced so much! Fingers crossed they are keepers.

HappyGirlNow · 04/01/2016 22:01

Ooh blingy I love rockstuds! Just reluctant to spend on shoes as there are cobbles everywhere where I live..

Drywhitethanks · 04/01/2016 22:02

That expensive thread is not what I thought it was going to be at all. Now I want a longer line black blazer like Monin ...darn.

HappyGirlNow · 04/01/2016 22:02

Ooh LOVE them blair Grin

QueenC · 04/01/2016 22:05

MarshaBrady · 04/01/2016 22:06

Gorgeous Blair!

Karcheer · 04/01/2016 22:11

Georgeous blair some nice shoes in their sale.
What do you think of these could be handy for summer, although not anything I need right now...

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 04/01/2016 22:14

hi all

sorry i've been MIA, it was dp's last few days here and he went home yesterday and OneCat is really quite ill. it appears after first examination today that she has some sort of neurological problem going on which is potentially very very serious so yeah, feeling very upset about that. back at the vets tomorrow for various samples to be taken for testing . vet says she doesn't seem to be in any pain though so to just keep her comfy and we'll take it bit by bit.

have bought a few 50's style dresses so waiting on those being delivered, otherwise no real shopping from me not unless you count splashing the cash on a new pillow for my bed Grin

fab boots blair

Topazandpearl · 04/01/2016 22:16

Fab boots Blair and glad your first day was not too bad.

Hope DD recovers Dry.

Good to hear that Mrshop seems fine (yes, what is win chun?)

There are lots of lovely links to look at, which is helping me to relax after a stressy first day back. I will catch up here and maybe dip into the expensive thread.

MarshaBrady · 04/01/2016 22:21

Karcheer I think they are gorgeous and you should get them

Poor Onecat Thanks

MarshaBrady · 04/01/2016 22:22

Topaz vogue thread and links always help me relax too

justasecond · 04/01/2016 22:38

Flowers for One

Thanks safety that sounds good I could use a bit of blurring on my spots atm!
Love those boots Blair
Karcheer go for it, those sandals look great I would never be able to walk in them though
Forgot to say Mara that stella top is gorgeous.

shopafrolic · 04/01/2016 22:58

MrShop does Martial arts like karate
Gorgeous gorgeous boots Blair DH goes back to work on Weds so he and I are having a day to ourselves tomorrow when DS is back at school. Can't wait.
Is Lib away? I'm losing track
Have recorded the prince Charles thing, watched Silent Witness - she has such great style, and fab ankle boots.

libertydoddle · 04/01/2016 23:42

I am just back Shop, was in Ireland.

Am shattered and have a busy week, will catch up soon.

Love to all..... and Flowers for One.

LinusLovesBretons · 05/01/2016 04:55

Grrr up since 3.30 now and can't fall back asleep. Very annoying!

Poor onecat and poor you, you must be so worried.

Those boots look great blair and what a discount.

karcheer those heels are a great colour for summer.

safety I love that playsuit. Will you wear it with opaques or bare legs? Am tempted myself.

justa let me know how the Hourglass powder works for you. All the beautybloggers rave about it but they seem to wear it on top of foundation which is something I only wear on and off. Would it work on bare skin as well?

Glad to hear mrshop is feeling better.

Might pop into town today and have a look at the sales but they tend to be a bit rubbish in this country.

Topazandpearl · 05/01/2016 06:18

X-posted last night, Flowers One, hope onecatis ok.

Welcome back lib.

Hope your day isn't too tiring after your early start Linus.

Enjoy your day with DH shop.

Karcheer · 05/01/2016 08:18

one sorry to hear about your cat :(
justa maybe they are a bit high! I prefer 80cm
shop I watched silent witness too! I love her wardrobe.

I need to tidy today which shouldn't take all day as we are down to 6 rooms as the builder has taken over the rest
So ootd is bltee khaki track suit bots, Christmas socks, karseen t shirt, juicy grey velour top (I look lush!)

safetyzone · 05/01/2016 09:36

Tried on the play suit this morning, not sure. The shoulders and crotch will need substantial altering because of my height. I'll approach the local tailor to see what they think.

Linus, was thinking of pairing it with otk boots but opaque tights should also work.

Stokey · 05/01/2016 11:36

Amazing boots Blair & glad the first day back was ok.

Poor Onecat

I'm not working at the moment Safety but used to cycle to work, and now just cycle around my area. I think most things are OK, I used to wear lots of dresses and skinnies, just pencil skirts are a bit of a struggle. I did go to pick dd up in a tube skirt the other day & realised I had to hoist it quite high to cycle... slightly indecent! Otherwise could you just change bottoms when you get to work? Mine wasn't that far & was mainly down hill on the way there so I never felt like I needed a shower.

Just looked at the Hush sale, it's pretty disappointing, not much left in small sizes. but am hoping my blue Yeti jumper finally arrives today.
Saw some HL leather leggings on Outnet yesterday but only 00.

Camilla got a bad press from the pro-Diana lobby, typical that it is never the man that gets blamed. Friends are friends with her son who is a good laugh I hear.

I took Dd1 shopping yesterday & was appalled by how rubbish the sales were. She doesn't have a uniform so just wanted some basic dresses for her & there was barely anything in the shops. No wonder everyone shops on line.

Stokey · 05/01/2016 12:33

Blingy have messaged you a couple of ideas in Spain.
