Queen it was a black velvet dress possibly this Zara one with opaques. My kind of going out outfit, although not too keen on Velvet!

Am gutted. Tried on something in jigsaw at the weekend and was going to wish list it to dh for my birthday. It's oos online and everywhere near to me and near my parents and dh parents but my local store are going to try and get hold of one for me.

Last years topshop. I'm not sure I've seen many this year except the ones that blingy has (prada? Ysl?). I think boden only have glittery heeled ones? You may get more out as it comes to party season. If I see any ill let you know.

Have been awol lost in study. So busy but all good. Too much to catch up on but had a quick look back through the thread and Ujj love your DHRA . We are currently having a stand-off about wardrobe space, grr!

Marsha don't wear my heels enough as normally lots of walking involved. Had a to-do with shoe repair man last night as thought he'd lost my Rupert Sanderson heels in for re-soling. He was trying to deny having had them and we had a proper argument but we are now reconciled and shoes found. All very dramatic!

Don't have going out tops either (just the term sets my teeth on edge, not sure why), mostly wear jeans or dresses but would like some slim tailored black trousers. Love queenc and blingy's glitter Mary Janes too. Also remember sleep wearing fab Lucy Choi glitter heels for MNV Christmas night out last year. Shall we plan one this year end nov or not?

Ootd is double denim - shirt & jeans very '90s jimmy corkhill. Also new marant cluster boots which I love plus maison scotch slouchy tweed blazer and hermès shawl.

I'm not feeling the whole glitter shoe thing when it is a low heel - feels to much like a party shoe. I usually LOVE Zoe Ball's style on ITT but not last night.

In other news I lost my shiz at Matches today over the ongoing saga of the Equipment breton sweater that they asked me to send back to them and are still debating whether they should refund. May need your help again Novice......

My SE boots arrived shop - they're lovely but if I'd tried them on in store I'd have sized up I think.. I am UK 6 so bought US 8., they're just a tad neat..

Theyre do-able as I'm unlikely to wear for overly long periods but I worry they'll go out of shape a bit.. Too much hassle to send them back to the U.S. though..

Hey, no they don't hurt, at least not when I tried them on... Hopefully they won't over a longer period..

Apparently they sent the sweater to Equipment for them to comment back in Sept but still haven't had a response from them. I pointed out that my relationship is with Matches, not Equipment, she agreed and said she would investigate and come back to me today, Guess what? No call back...... Awful awful awful
