I am home but I've let vogue down and myself down I didn't shop

Too comfy in the cafe to go out in the rain.

I had a crazy night last night, in the hotel, due to caffeine after all this time and too hot, didn't sleep a wink. So tired now.

QueenC, I can't believe your heating isn't on yet! Our downstairs heating packed up on Wednesday and it's been like a fridge! Thankfully BG came round to fix it today

Confession time...last year, I tried to give away this LK Bennett coat as I bought it, changed my mind and thought I couldn't return it? Well as no one wanted it, I decided to try it. Absolutely loved wearing it last year and this year too. I have been wearing it with my black cable cashmere snood (yes I am cold!) and I have caught myself thinking "Ooooh that looks nice" Other things I have worn and loved over the last week that I didn't like on first try and was supposed to return... Roland Mouret dress and Michael Kors leopard print dress.

blingy I caved yesterday . The temperature went down to 16.5 and I couldn't bear it anymore!

I'm introducing DH to Gogglebox.......his face is , but a bit I like to keep him in touch with popular culture

They are totally happy boots. Make me want to do a little dance and click my heels together. Seemed to work well with black crew neck, black skinnies and pink nails and lipstick. Maybe grey Pashli?

I am the same after caffeine Marsha I gave up about 13 years ago. My neighbour once gave me coffee one saturday morning, I couldn't sleep properly until about Monday and had shaky hands all weekend.
no plans as yet queenc re 40th but probably a nice restaurant with friends and the same with dh and family. Nothing very exciting!
Inspired by mara's link to black brogues I ordered these as they were in the sale the suede lace up ones they are lovely irl not as manly as they appear in the pics. I had to reorder a size smaller though as they come up big.
No luck with trainers either, the black stan smiths were sent back as they just looked wrong on me maybe because they are wide?

Justa ah nice to be in the same place wrt caffeine. I had another the next morning to survive a meeting on no sleep and it made be wide awake at 3.30 but it will finally have worn off by tonight.

Today I'm going to the bathroom store to do a big order, new trainers as left mine at work and out tonight with Dh.

What's everyone up to and I'll say what are you wearing but I'm not up yet.

I love those pinstripe culottes but they don't seem to come smaller than a 10 (why?). M&S need to sort that out actually, I was RL shopping with my mum in there and saw lots of things I would have tried on. Could I find any of them in a 6 or 8? No.

So I went next door to Topshop, land of plentiful 6s and 8s and bought a jumper. So ner, M&S. Actually I spent a fortune on kids stuff in there so they probably don't care.
