Welcome to notdead and Lobster and welcome back Karbea and Georgina - the thread moves fast but just jump in when you can!
Thanks for the new thread Dry
lobster I think you could do a version of the pin look you like, just fancy flats instead of towering heels?
As others have said, I think most of us find casual dressing more of a challenge. I guess that is why there has been a proliferation of 'mum' blogs. I wear jeans and top (and yes, a stripey one
) most of the time but also like maxi / midi tube skirts or dresses as they feel casual enough for my lifestyle but a bit of a change.
Lovely bag Fedup and how nice of your DH to surprise you.
Notdead jersey blazers seem a good way of looking smarter / pulled together, but they are comfy and feel like wearing a cardigan
Hush do that kind of thing well - like this Also, I have one from whistles a few years back that is still going strong.
Lib have you seen this midi skirt good colour though mmf.
I also love this one
Some advice - I really like this bag but wonder if the colour would work for me? I do wear Hoc winter colours but mainly darker / neutral ones so black, greys, blues, plus some purple / damson and dark green. Not sure if the bag would work as a neutral??
Love the way it looks here and here
They do it in orange too
Shop I tried on the office flats you bought - I am tempted to get them too. I like leopard also but think black might be better for me. I also like the boden ones in silver too - but how many ghillie shoes is too many??
One I can't believe you mentioned the C word!!
Lots of seafolly on sale if anyone has yet to go on holiday.
Sounds like you all had great holidays Novice, Marsha and QueenC!
