fedup
I go usually straight after school run for an hour, then couple of times a week go at 6 until 7.
I do Insanity X 2
Metafit
HIIT
Kettlercise
Hips bums tums (aerobics mixed with weights and abs)
Dance X2. .

3 of my children grown up and youngest 9,plus only work one day a week.

Only got into it 2 years ago but has become my hobby and love it.Smile

MyVegasBaby · 19/08/2015 06:49

Georgina would love to have time to fit in all that. Working full time gets in the way of so many things!

GeorginaWorsley · 19/08/2015 07:07

I know vegasGrin
Am lucky.
Another plus side is I suffered with depression for years after traumatic birth of DC4 and was on citalopram.
Don't need it now.

AmberNectarine · 19/08/2015 07:10

I work out everyday too Georgina. Hoping I can keep it up when I go back to work next month - we have an on-site gym so shouldn't be too hard!

libertychick · 19/08/2015 08:10

Thanks MyVegas and Mrslebon Thanks. I have ordered this skirt in camel.

georgina that is great. You must feel so good doing that much exercise.

Dry sounds like you had a great day yesterday. How is the sunburn?

Hope work goes well today Topaz Smile

QueenofCardigans · 19/08/2015 08:16

I'm looking forward to doing more exercise once dd starts school next month. I'm missing it over the holidays. Trying to do what I can but its not the same.

Lovely skirt lib

Btw ive changed my user name slighly as got a bit paranoid with the hackers!

mrslebon · 19/08/2015 08:23

Me too QueenC! I changed my username completely as a few of my friends know my username and I'm 11 weeks pregnant (aged 43, gulp), but nobody knows yet! It's a killer seeing all the AW15 stock come into the shops and knowing that I won't be able to rock all the stuff I'd usually wear. But I'm thinking over the knee boots, long knits and a blanket/cape will be my look this autumn!

Re: exercise - I go three times a week to circuit training and boxing. It's a HIIT programme so I crawl out, dripping with sweat. I don't see any reason why I shouldn't continue with it despite being preggers. I just substitute the hardcore ab stuff with something else.

mrslebon · 19/08/2015 08:26

Although I still do 3 min planks! Wink

Drywhiteplease · 19/08/2015 08:37

Great skirt Liberty, wear my camel a lot in A/W. Sunburn is still pink but not sore any more. Thanks.

libertychick · 19/08/2015 09:05

3 min planks mrslebon!!!! Respect! Congrats on your pregnancy Smile

I'm feeling paranoid about my username now Confused

libertydoddle · 19/08/2015 09:13

Have namechanged Grin

LinusLovesBretons · 19/08/2015 09:32

Have namechanged too. Not very original but I had no inspiration.

Hello Newbies!

Impressive excercise routine georgina! I feel tired just reading about it. Wink

shopafrolic · 19/08/2015 09:34

Oh God - do we have to Name change too?!

shopafrolic · 19/08/2015 09:35

not sure how that would stop you being hacked if your email is still the same.....

QueenofCardigans · 19/08/2015 09:37

You don't have to shop but i felt it was probably best. I'm not even sure it's been recommended.

mrslebin respect indeed. I struggle with 30 seconds! Congrats on the pregnancy, is this your first?

libertydoddle · 19/08/2015 09:38

I don't think it would stop you being hacked Shop, I just got paranoid, have been a few times lately and just think it stops casual users identifying me too easily. I've been thinking for a while that I should namechange every few months or so.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 19/08/2015 10:21

Morning :) thanks for the birthday wishes! I had a really nice day - haircut, manicure, lunch with DSis, dinner with DH and lots of lovely pressies. DH got me a gold AH Valerie and I got a Le Pliage from my mum.

Hello mrslebon and congrats :) and hi safety.

Glad you like the Me+Em dress myVegas, I'm wearing one of my new ones today.

That hacking email was so scary! I hope they can track down the person that was behind it, and the "swatting".

VivaVegas · 19/08/2015 10:33

Slight change for me too, now you e made me paranoid!
So for those who exercise I do a lot of cardio but need to tone arms and stomach. Any suggestions on what I'm best to do. I have a couple of Jillian DVDs and may need to get them out to do the weights bit but open to any other (more exciting!) suggestions.

Drywhiteplease · 19/08/2015 10:41

Viva kettle bells, anything using weights, I mix cardio and weights mainly to keep my bum under control but a pleasing side effect is I have toned arms. beginning to get holiday gym withdrawl

Blair sorry I'm late, but a belated happy birthday .

mrslebon · 19/08/2015 11:10

@Viva - agree with Dry about kettlebells for toning. Also use battle ropes. Do you have a local kettles class by any chance? Most people start with a 6kg or 8kg and you can even buy them in Sainsburys. I've been doing kettles for years and my arms have never been better. As with any weight training, technique is super important otherwise you can risk doing your back in. So best to get professional advice or watch some Lauren Brooks videos on YouTube (bit of a guru).

@Liberty @Queen - I love my planks! It's not a static 3 min plank though. You have to mix it up and do plank builders, then crawling backwards and forwards (as if in a tunnel), then Spiderman planks etc.. My elbows are a fricking mess with blisters!

@Queen - this is baby no. 2. I have a 3.5 yo DS already. Fortunately I'm not really showing (well, not until late at night when I get bloated) so no-one suspects anything Wink. Just want to get the scan and tests out of the way as last time I was 1 in 60 for Downs.

Drywhitethanks · 19/08/2015 11:32

Mrslebon I hope all goes well, I'm sure it will. Burpees are good too, but a form of torture.

Ok.....merino wool.
I'm a fan, because it's not itchy, doesn't bobble and washes well. I need to replace. I've done well in the past with Boden, Uniqlo and Gap. I know a lot of you have J Crew Tippis too. Is there a quality difference?

shopafrolic · 19/08/2015 12:17

Just swinging in to say that I was on the list released on Twitter by the hacker - fun times. If you haven't already, then PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. MN are saying that they have to assume that EVERYONE who has logged on in the last couple of weeks could be on the list (the hacker just hasn't shared the info yet).
Also check any other accounts you use with the same password and change them too.
I am in the process of setting up an email account which I will only use for social media.......
Angry

AmberNectarine · 19/08/2015 12:18

Vegas I have free weights at home so use those in combination with bodyweight exercises like push ups, planks, tricep dips etc. I use a lot of fitness blender videos on YouTube which are really good.

LinusLovesBretons · 19/08/2015 13:17

shop I'm not on Twitter, can you please check if I was on that list?

I have changed my password but I do use it for some online shopping sites, I just can't remember which ones. Blush

MarshaBrady · 19/08/2015 13:21

Linus I'd change all passwords as the list might not be all the info that they have.

Shop grr how annoying.

Blair happy birthday for yesterday! Hope you had a lovely day
