The only thing I have planned today is I really need to wash my car, after 11 wks it has reached crisis point and the hand wash is closed today.

For this job I shall wear Gap skinnies, Hunter wellies green if course and Meryll Wakefield rain coat, a pop of colour provided by yellow marigolds

I'm working this morning boo hiss! So I'm wearing a very lounge pinkish miss selfridge vest, black USA pro leggings, river island tan/brown waterfall cardi and rose gold top shop ballet pumps.
Final sort out of my wardrobe when I get home for my autumn capsule. I'm still worried about my cardi situ!

My blue suede Vans have arrived and I really like how they look, although they dig into my achilles a bit. Wonder if they will soften up?

Might have also accidentally bid on some heels on ebay... must stop spending...

Georgina congratulations; there is nothing quite like a newborn. I became a Grandmother for the first time a few weeks ago and had no idea I would feel quite as I did sniff what is even better is that I get on really well with ds's partner (who has another small dc therefore really relaxed) so I get to see the baby a lot and have even looked after him a couple of times on my own. must not become a Granny bore!

Dry all my BR trousers have shrunk slightly despite washing at 30.

I have wrecked a pair of Superga's (only purchased earlier this year) so thought I might replace with something I can wear in wet weather - sadly the IM ones are out of my price range but I thought maybe stans or leather vans.

shop wet weather idea.... It's DH birthday today so after giving him his presents DD decided she wanted to pretend it is her birthday too. She has quietly spent the last hour with a roll of peppa pig paper, scissors and the sellotape wrapping up her favourite toys as presents for herself! I've only had to find the end of the sellotape a few times while drinking coffee and reading yesterday's paper. Bliss!

Shop have missed the boat on all, there are some fab ones there but only one style in my size. Could have had a bargain had I looked earlier!
