Sounds v chic Marsha. I'm wearing a v v old below knee cream and red floral Coast skirt. Love it. Silk and cotton and very swishy. Cream LK Bennett shell top. Tan R&B sandals (hoping injured foot doesn't swell). Heatwave is exciting!

blue acid wash knee length shorts and a white batman tee. will add flamingo print pumps when i go out later. I am absolutely baffled by how much sun I've caught this past week while i was away even though i was wearing factor 50 every day with liberal and regular reapplications through the day. my arms, chest, shoulders, upper back and face are a completely different colour to the rest of me. is there anything stronger than factor 50 available for the uk market?!

Phew, the last guests left this morning.

That didn't stop me to do some online shopping as I ordered a black pair of Etro trousers (don't have any dressy black trousers) and a massively reduced white MiH shirt on Asos.

Will try and catch up later but now I need to tidy up the house and do several loads of washing.

It's already 25 degrees and it could go up to 36 today so I am dressed for comfort in my breton dress from Hush I bought last year. It has bobbled a bit but is still ok otherwise.

OOTD Black Boden chino shorts with orange and white Uniqlo striped tank and orange Havaianas. These shorts are becoming a great summer staple. I want more pairs.

I have red Havaianas Dry I love them for easy casual summer dressing.

Currently wearing Sweaty Betty neon marl vest and tiny purple shorts as I'm about to work out.

Might pop up to selfridges this afternoon to browse the end of the sale...

linen dress. This is great, easy to throw on. I had a similar black one from years ago which is now lookng very sorry for itself.

lace dress. This is the one I ordered that never came for Dh birthday. Will wear this out on Thursday and Saturday night. Love it because it's not too smart.

White cami. I wasn't looking for tops but this caught my eye. Will wear this in the evenings on holiday so that it doesn't get ruined by suncream!

clutch. Id seen this online ages ago and loved it but had never seen it irl until today. Bigger than I expected but I love it and will be fab for evenings out.

skirt. I surprisingly loved the shape of this but wasn't wraring the right top to go with it so need to have a play at home. It's a really flattering length though.

And that's it. Also got stuff for dc and dh so everyone will be happy.

Today's ootd is navy floral short culottes and a red Breton boxy tee. Although my morning was spent in a swimsuit playing with ds in the garden and paddling pool!
