Just a quick one from me - Dry how about these? My ponyskin ones from a few years ago are still in pretty good nick.

Shop I can really see you in that Ganni dress.

One sounds a good plan Smile

BrandyAlexander · 13/07/2015 22:10

Hello! Smile Have a looong week ahead of me so haven't even thought MU clothes yet!

Dry what time is your train back?

Lib.....you will never believe this, but he was never in the right place as me at the same time so he still doesn't know!!! Shock However, I had a reveal of a different kind...I was wearing a v skimpy bikini. Went down a big slide and i hit the water with such force that the right bikini cup slid right up and exposed my nipple to the watching gallery.BlushBlushBlush

Drywhiteplease · 13/07/2015 22:15

Grin Novice !!!!!!
7.30 train with multiple changes, could be challenging after the amount if prosecco that is normally consumed. Smile.....must remember to wear comfy shoes never .

Drywhiteplease · 13/07/2015 22:19

liberty we will miss you.

Am now thinking that after 2 balding pony hair shoes perhaps I'd be an idiot to spend on yet another pair.

LA Redoute stuff going back......apart from lace top which has yet to arrive.

Perhaps I will be sensible for a couple of months and save for A/W Hmm

Drywhiteplease · 13/07/2015 22:20

Shop I'm so embarrassed, just found a holiday read you leant me last year Shock will return on Saturday.

shopafrolic · 13/07/2015 22:32

God Dry really? Don't worry - I can't even recall what it was.
LOL Novice - no photos?!

OP posts:
BrandyAlexander · 13/07/2015 22:36

Good god there are no photos!!! And it wasn't even a tiny bit of nipple action, it was pretty much the whole bloody boob! I had to pull bikini top down and move away. Blush

Drywhiteplease · 13/07/2015 22:57

At least you have magnificent blobs Novice

Drywhiteplease · 13/07/2015 22:58

BLOODY HELL!!!!' I meant Boobs......in no way are they blobby

BrandyAlexander · 14/07/2015 06:44

GrinGrin Dry thank you hon. That's nice to hear, especially as dh was complaining at the weekend that the boobs are shrinking because I have been getting more exercise. He seemed to need to examine them a lot to prove his point.Wink having said that the 4 day carb fest that was my weekend appears to have gone straight to stomach and boobs! I will be reversing the damage this week before the boozefest MU (I will keep you company till your train!). Am keen to lose a few pounds before it all goes south as we are on hols again in August.

QueenC I will be there on Saturday but as usual will be late as I need to sort the dcs out for their lessons etc.

AmberNectarine · 14/07/2015 07:35

That happened to me at CP, too novice though it was the work of DS. I should have worn my sensible swimsuit. Actually measured myself yesterday and my under-bust is 27 so will be popping into Bravissimo on Saturday for some new bras, I think!

shopafrolic · 14/07/2015 07:51

LOL definitely not blobby!

OP posts:
shopafrolic · 14/07/2015 07:54

forgot to say (sidetracked by Novice's boobs Grin
DH wants to do 5:2 - brill news as he needs to lose some lbs. Which book is best to read?

OP posts:
libertychick · 14/07/2015 08:59

I can't believe he still doesn't know novice. Grin at boobblobgate.

Dry I will miss you all too Sad

libertychick · 14/07/2015 09:01

Shop all you need to know about 5:2. He has a book as well.

QueenCardigan · 14/07/2015 09:27

Ugh, ive just had a biscuit fest and now feel sick. That's what happens when you're woken at 5 by a boy with bad croup. Luckily we had steroids in the house otherwise would have ended up in hospital.

Love the boob talk Grin
I think my train is at 8 or 8.30 so you're deginitely all out until then.

amber I saw these lampshades in ST and thought of you. They do other things too.

LinusDKD · 14/07/2015 10:47

Lol novice! I have to say my Boden Sorrento swimsuits keeps my boobs well strapped in, even when I wear it strapless.

But then again, I only have a B cup. ;-)

Btw, I saw this Jason Wu dress and thought of you.

£££ but stunning and a seriously kick-ass businesswoman dress. Grin

shopafrolic · 14/07/2015 11:37

That dress is stunning Linus
DS starts school 9-3 in Sept. Just starting to wonder if I should investigate a local PT job. I just know that DH will do nothing extra to help if I go back to work so it will mean me doing what I do now plus any work hours. Also DF has just had his op so still waiting for the results from that. Just not sure if the timing is off.... need to mull things over.

OP posts:
QueenCardigan · 14/07/2015 12:08

shop good luck if you can find a job. From my looking not much fits in unless you do school stuff and unless you can get lunchtime/mid morning the days often start or finish before/after school. For me with 3 the cost of breakfast/after school club and holiday clubs negates working at the moment.
I'm about to drag poorly ds with me to the beauty salon bless him.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 14/07/2015 12:19

Couldn't you justify a cleaner then though shop (if you don't already)? Maybe start thinking about it but see how it goes for a few weeks first, in case it's not as you expect.

QueenC hope your DS is ok? And pineapples seem to be everywhere at the moment.

NAP "clearance" is on, which just means some things are now 80% off. I want a phone case but not sure I can justify £5 delivery for such a small thing!

QueenCardigan · 14/07/2015 12:22

Sorry, hope my post didn't sound too negative Flowers. If its just a bit of money you're after there are often lunchtime supervisor posts available. But unless they're on your doorstep you're paying petrol to go and work for an hour or two. Look on e teach if you're intetested in school jobs.

mazj4cks · 14/07/2015 13:01

shop hope you had a lovely holiday.
I'm the same atm (re: pt work) but I've finally decided I'm just going to do my beauty from home/mobile as I can work it round the kids. But I will find it tough trying to fit everything in, I struggle now!! Especially with dh going away so much more recently!!

shopafrolic · 14/07/2015 13:28

Waves to Maz - all change since DH has been back to work?! Hope your DH is doing ok.
There is a local agency that specialises in roles for mums so I'm going to try there first. I could get home help of some type but would have to convince DH as since we had that huge burglary years back he doesn't like 'strangers' in the house Hmm
I'm sure there must be a local agency who could use my skills every once in a while. We'll see. It's not about doing it for the money - more just to have a bit more of a sense of purpose.
Off to window shop NaP.
Ganni dress has arrived so need to try that on too.

Hello,

QueenC hope your ds is feeling a bit better. Had to take mine to hospital for croup last year and was really scary.

Marsha can't remember if I already said but love all your asos buys. Need to have a look on there. Enjoy your week off, particularly time at your favourite place, bliss.

Novice oops at boobgate! I lost my hair bobble on one of those cp slides but looks like I got off lightly.

Shop it costs you nothing to look into it even if you decide the time isn't right just now. Don't put pressure on yourself but think about what you might enjoy doing. Also maybe look into retraining for a new career path. Personally I can't wait to start my course and make the first step back towards the world of paid work, not for the money as my field isn't brilliantly remunerative (especially once you deduct childcare) but it's something I love.

Ootd is still yoga gear from this morning as I continue packing up our old house, a seemingly never ending task.

Wanted to ask have any of you tried that St tropez shower tan thing? Am feeling pasty and wondering if it lived up to the hype.

bettykt · 14/07/2015 13:54

Shop'would you consider doing a course instead? Learning a language or something that interests you? I'm lucky in that I was able to return to work p/t when the dc started school, although I did s course 1st in something completely different to what I do.

Novice Grin you're such a sauce pot! I was v sensible at CP and wore a one piece. Am in awe of you ladies on here who wear bikinis.

I too am sad to be missing the MU but looking forward to hearing all the outfit details.

Today I am channeling copying Linus I think WinkI'm wearing white TS Baxter jeans, pale blue chambray shirt with Russel and Bromley tan loafers. The only things that are missing are: a gorgeous bag and some lovely accessories i.e a lovely tan Hermes bangle oh and a nice watch. Not much then!
