Well this sales business is not going according to plan. It seems that none of the things I pinned on my sales boards is on sale! Especially on MyTheresa!

And I'm really trying to stick to what I pinned otherwise I'll just get seduced by discounts and buy things I don't need want

So I have no purchases to report but today I am wearing something out of my comfort zone: trousers and wedge heels.

I do realise it's nothing avant garde or world changing but I hardly ever wear those two together.

I'm just loving my A.P.C. wedges but it's quite chilly in the mornings so I'm wearing my navy Boden chinos (cuffed the hem), white Asos v-neck tee from the men's collection and a cobalt Uniqlo belt I bought in NY last year.

Love that Lanvin bag happy! I am still on the lookout for the perfect Lanvin ballet flats but none of the colours this season inspire me and the ones that do are not in mu size anymore.

It's early days Linus! I think I got my best discounts towards the end of July last year.

I'm with you Lib I'm broke now until July really. I'm not going on holiday til the end of August so it will be quite fun browsing the end of sales to find whatever I still need.

Having said that just snapped up this turquoise blazer from Massimo Dutti which I'm so pleased about. I tried it on a few weeks ago, then it disappeared from the website after I decided it would probably go into the sale! It showed up there in my size so phew. Think it was originally £80.

Well, that didn't last long. The Matches sale is on and I just ordered this dress

I've had my eye on it for months but didn't want to pay fp but now it's 50%off.

I usually don't order from Matches if I can help it as they don't offer the Delivery Duty Paid option so I'm a bit worried about customs charges but all the other online retailers sold out of this dress.

Oh and the size is a bit of a worry as well, they said to size down so I ordered a US2.

Know what you mean about sizing, Matches should do item measurements for each size like NAP do.

The Dune shoes arrived but are too big I get that bit sticking out on the heel IYKWIM ......nice quality. Keeping the Asos Sophias.

What a lovely day. The dcs love me taking them to and from school on days like this as we put the car roof down, loud radio and loud singing

Max Mara, Sportmax etc always have something in their collection I can buy and the things I've got from years ago still look good now.

OOTD is a bit boring today: old navy MiH tee, red Next jeggings (sooo comfortable) and Tod's loafers. Was a bit rushed this morning and just grabbed some stuff out of the wardrobe

As the sales are not very inspiring atm (although I have high hopes for the NaP sale, anyone know when it starts?) I am thinking of saving my money and putting it towards some A/W stuff I've seen.

Am I mad? It would mean paying fp which is against my religion

Or will I just buy things I really need after careful consideration?

Or am I talking out of my behind?

Great purchases, love the Massimo Dutti blazer. I usually end up buying a few bits in their sale, although had a quick look and some very small reductions on some things, so will wait a bit.
Haven't bought anything yet but still gave ASOS and Gap deliveries to unpack and try when i have a bit more time at the weekend.
Hope those out last night enjoyed their evenings, we went for a nice early evening walk with the DC which was lovely, even managed a little drink sat outside in the way back. Love warm, light evenings!
