Continuing on from here.

Summer and holidays are coming, and the Voguettes will be more than ready!

All welcome and the more links the better but please don't mention House of Colour. Wink

Morning. Had a great night out, had a good laugh and very nice food. Was being cheap so got tube / buses home at midnight. Took ages!

QueenC still stuck on the flats. I love them but I didn't like the bright bag / shoe combo last year as it reduces rest of wardrobe, can't overload brights too much. If I want them now they might be gone.

Lib such a lovely dress.

MarshaBrady · 12/06/2015 09:44

I mean both!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 12/06/2015 09:45

Morning!

Both those dresses are lovely Lib, I had the red one on my sales wishlist too so I look forward to hearing what it's like.

Linus I worked out the other day that only 5 of the 31 purchases I've made this year were at full price! I think it's ok sometimes Wink

Hi all - Karen Millen sale now on - both my dresses for GC are significantly reduced Angry
Am heading for Norfolk this weekend so may not be around. Have lovely weekends x

AmberNectarine · 12/06/2015 11:30

My mum and I were admiring your pink KM dress in HOF the other day shop. Are you feeling better?

libertychick · 12/06/2015 11:30

Will definitely report on the dresses Blair

Marsha what about the blush Chloe flats that were linked? I thought they looked perfect and very versatile colour.

QueenC how are you today? I'm still bloated - feels like period will never start! And Shop are you ok?

Linus it's a tough decision. I think if it's something you will definitely wear and you really love it then buy early and steel yourself for the fact that it might be reduced later. It depends what it is - for example for a coat or boots that you will wear almost daily from Oct and probably won't get reduced until January then go for it. For things like sweaters, dresses etc I would probably hold out unless it's something really perfect for you.

libertychick · 12/06/2015 11:31

Shop you looked amazing in GC and you needed them for there so don't stress about it Smile thanks for the KM tip

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 12/06/2015 13:09

Saw these and thought of QueenC. Sadly they're not leather though.

Still not better - have just spent £30 in the village pharmacy to get me through this weekend! Docs again next week if things don't improve. Hmm

libertychick · 12/06/2015 14:32

Poor you Shop - have you a cough, it took both DH and me over 3 months to shake off the coughs we had. Total nuisance.

Dress I like in Karen Millen is not reduced grrrrr.

Hobbs trousers have arrived. I went for 14 and they are a bit big. Will hold onto them and order 12 to compare. They are a useful item I think, really hard to find dark brown basics and they work lots of things I have so would be good for work.

QueenCardigan · 12/06/2015 15:59

blair those are lovely. Although I haven't bit of a weird dislike about wooden heels on dark shoes.
shop can't believe you're still not better Flowers
lib feeling relatively normal again. I bled for half a day. I'm assuming that's it for this month?!
linus I will pay full price for something if I really love it and would be gutted if it sold out. Not sure I would buy a/w stuff yet though as there'll be so much stuff out.

Toast top arrived and I love it. I realised its just like van goghs starry night which is my favourite painting.

Away this weekend too and the weather looks rubbish sadly.

MarshaBrady · 12/06/2015 16:12

Have just been to an agency thing and got some compliments on my Topshop skirt. If did a study I reckon floaty, light, printed silk skirts probably have a high compliment rate. I do love it.

libertychick · 12/06/2015 16:44

It's such a lovely skirt, Marsha I imagine it looks great on you.

I predict you will wear that Toast top to death QueenC Smile

I have such a headache with the humidity....

One did you get your lit review in today?

OneLittleLady · 12/06/2015 17:26

I did lib i just got in about ten minutes ago from going to hand it in. i'd already sent it through the anti plagiarism software we have to send that kind of thing through but had to hand the paper copy in

MarshaBrady · 12/06/2015 20:47

Love these Rossis I can't justify a third pair, someone should get them

Drywhiteplease · 12/06/2015 21:54

Beautiful colour though Marsha perfect for autumn

liberty love the Max Mara Pappa dress.

[Sad] Sad Sad I've just ruined my favourite summer work dress with bleach. Cotton Broderie Anglaise navy, wonder whether dye would cover bleach, does anyone have experience? Have a feeling it doesnt. GUTTED.

OneLittleLady · 12/06/2015 21:58

Dry as best I know, dye won't cover bleach, sorry Sad

Drywhiteplease · 12/06/2015 21:59

Looked a lot like this from the front

MarshaBrady · 12/06/2015 23:23

Very pretty Dry but Sad about the bleach. I wonder if anyone can help fix it.

libertychick · 13/06/2015 08:39

Oh no dry. I think I would have a go at running it through the machine with dylon. Dylon has a bleach for bleaching strong colours before dying them a different shade. I have never used it but maybe use that to bleach the whole dress to even out the current effect then dye it navy?

LinusDKD · 13/06/2015 08:43

Morning!

That sucks dry!

I once used a felt tip pen for fabric on some bleach stains but after a while the stains turned intona weird pink colour. I think the bleach in the fabric stays active and 'eats' any new colour. Sad

Maybe the dry cleaner can help?

Lovely Rossis marsha, I think queenc linked some in a dark green a while ago that I loved.

It looks like it's going to be a hot day today but I have no idea what to wear. Maybe the James Perse dress I bought in the sales last year. Easy to throw on. Wink

MyVegasBaby · 13/06/2015 08:49

Liberty I was going to suggest the same, it may or may not work Dry but certainly worth a shot. How annoying though.
Thanks for the black patent gigis link Shop, really don't want to spend £80 on them though, think I paid about £60 last time but there seems to be fewer places stocking them.
If anyone is looking in the sales and sees any please let me know, also looking for plain black shift dress for casual not work and black sleeveless or very short sleeved ideally cotton or cotton mix top to go with denim shorts. Off for a browse now, it's raining here so might have a lazy day as out all day tomorrow. Will link anything worth sharing.
Enjoy your weekends!

MyVegasBaby · 13/06/2015 08:55

love the style, colour not for me

MyVegasBaby · 13/06/2015 08:59

glam heels

BrandyAlexander · 13/06/2015 09:15

Morning! What a horrid night? Felt so hot and nose stuffy. Haven't had much sleep and dh is away this weekend.Sad

As I couldn't sleep it felt rude to ignore the Swarovski saleGrin

First something for dm. I think she will quite like it.

Got this ring which I think is fun.

I am thinking of getting the diamond version of this ring so thought I would try crystal first. It's a tried and tested formula!

This bracelet which I have wanted for ages.
