Novice re: Nespresso put your cup filled with water in the microwave to heat it up, also make sure your milk is hot, either microwave or use your frother, re: Grand Crus I'm a fan of Roma not too weak not too strong, quite smooth although i have defected to Dualit no. 7 which they sell at Sainsbury's which means I never run out!

What a day hairdressers and manicure this morning. Then collected contacts picked up a few things in boots and tried to find a new smaller purse for my bag. Met up with DH who went shopping for some clothes and now we have just come back from a wedding didnt stay all day as another busy day tomorrow and we were all shattered.

shoes picked these up last night at a bargain £15 wore them today and very comfy.

Muddling your hotel room looked lovely, have you used your new Mulberry bag yet?

Used my bag this morning Betty I love it! The handle is the right size to wear over my shoulder but its also comfortable to wear in the crook of my arm if necessary.
I wish i could get the somerset tote in grey.

Had a lovely few days away and although the hotel was nice, not a patch on muddling's hotel.

Have spent the afternoon drinking with girlfriends and now need to get ready to go out for supper - could really do with a nap first but no time! am too old for this drinking all day lark!

maz maybe a bit too late but I really like the black and white espadrilles and the Vans too.

Still frustrated as I haven't bought anything yet. I just keep dithering over things (when they're still in stock that is) and then I ask DH's advice and that makes it even harder.

I showed him some black leather Lanvin ballerina flats and his reaction was 'Eurgh'.

The black suede Tods's (not the Gommini but the ones with a proper sole) he liked better but I'm still hesitating.

Isn't it always the case that when you have money to spend you find zilch, and when you can't afford it you see 10 things you absolutely love. (I know, First World Problem!)

Betty, I love the Zarita dress also. My cousin is getting married next year so may get one then.

Stokey, I wanted to like the Gap girlfriend jeans but they just weren't a good fit on me. I love their resolution true skinny though. The best boyfriend jeans I've found are Current/Elliott fling but I don't want to pay full price. I'd like white please.

Have been doing a bit of shopping: Gap hat, shorts, Gap dress. I like Gap atm. Also bargain Tory Burch in the blush pink colour. And American Vintage grey jeans. Also ordered a burgundy MBMJ Natasha bag with the Harvey Nicks discount. Now madly ebaying to recoup the money!

linus I've had things waiting 'in basket' online all week now and then when I've finally made a decision on the items I want, they're out of stock in my size too!! And I normally like some things that are a bit different then when I ask DH, he pulls a face or says a comment that then puts me off, but I think we've both learnt now that if I really like something I'll wear/buy it regardless! but I still like to have his opinion!

I think I'm just going to order a load of things and try stuff on! We also have a child free day on Monday so maybe I can rope DH into a spot of shopping and lunch

I think out of all the links I put...the vans are prob the winner so far!

Burgundy Natasha sounds lovely Cranagh, I got the aluminium one for my birthday last year and love it. Thanks for the GAP advice - the girlfriend ones are going back but I kept the straight greys, all though even they were a bit loose round the middle after a day of wearing. I think my hips are just too big for my waist . Got to get back on the shred case this month. I didn't size down QueenC but should have I think, I'd say they're definitely worth a try at that price.

I like those Jigsaw espadrilles, but think I will end up buying another pair of Toms first - they're just so comfy for kicking around with the kids.
