zarita tribute anyone?

Shame it doesn't come in red dry

Really like those sandals blair!

muddlingalongquitenicely · 14/05/2015 19:31

Evening everyone just catching up as i start rewatching buffy the vampire slayer. Loving the links

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 14/05/2015 19:40

Thanks linus!

Oh that's a fab code shop. Someone please use it so I don't feel obliged to. Grin

I'm not sure I've ever lost an earring, touch wood. I would be gutted if I did, because the ones I wear most are gold ball studs that my grandparents bought me when I was a teenager. One's suggestion sounds good.

mazj4cks · 14/05/2015 19:53

Ooh I love those grey flats shop Smile

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 14/05/2015 22:15

Just ordered this belt but had to order it from Pieces website as it's sold out on asos. That's the trouble with saying you'll wait for sales - in the meantime things you decide you want sell out! Wink

Going to wear the belt with Me+Em dresses and silk shirt/pencil combo - hoping it will look as classy as it does in my head.

libertychick · 14/05/2015 22:25

I am a bit gutted about the earring Blair. I bought them as a small treat about 6 weeks ago. £60 - not mega expensive but enough to be quite annoying. The other one I lost was a lovely Pilgrim one with blue stones my sister gave me. I love that belt. Will look great styled as you describe.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 14/05/2015 22:41

:( Lib that is very annoying. Definitely try One's suggestion. You never know, one might turn up when you least expect it.

Forgot to say, thanks for being the MU dictator - I'm looking forward to having a RL moan with you about what being RC means to us both :)

libertychick · 15/05/2015 09:09

I'm up for that Blair! I am also having a struggle with being Autumn. I love the orange and reds and cream etc but struggle with what my neutral colours should be. Tan / khaki feel a bit casual for work, I can't find the right shade of autumn navy anywhere. Stuff I find in dark brown and the greens tend to be a bit dated looking. A lot if prints in the right shades are not to my taste either. Lots of geometric 70's style. Hoping that there will be better choice in A/W!!

MarshaBrady · 15/05/2015 09:12

Morning

Lib what a pita re your earring. I lost two candles worth £50 a while ago, still bugs me.

I forgot about photos today for work. I'm wearing the wrong jumper. Vogue problem.

BerniceBobsHerHair · 15/05/2015 09:59

Annoying about the earring Lib.

Marsha vogue problem Grin

This is supremely sad but I fell asleep last night thinking about Blair and Liberty's chat in the pub about both being Romantic Classics. I don't think you guys have a very similar style (please feel free to correct me on any of this). Having seen your honeymoon outfits Blair I think I can see you as RC (don't hate me). Lib in my mind I see you more in a classic way - cigarette trousers, loafers, trench - all neat and fitted.

You'll have to tell me the details of your moaning session Grin

Btw Blair I like your style when it comes to shopping bans. You may be even worse at them than me Wink

OOTD is pink / blue chinti and parker breton (ebay success), Asos thea jeans and superstars. Added poncho to go out.

QueenCardigan · 15/05/2015 10:22

Lovely those sparkly shoes shop
lib im not sure how you manage to lose earrings. I've only ever lost one and wear earrings constantly.
linus thetes something just not quite right about that boden dress in comparison to the zarita but I guess it's all in the fit with your body shape that makes a dress like that look good.

Fedupnagging · 15/05/2015 12:06

I rarely loose earrings but years ago I lost a gold stud which my DG left me and according to dm was 'good quality'. Then last week, I lost a silver stud - I wore those studs more than any others so am very miffed.

Blair Grin at your shopping ban.

Uniqlo order arrived yesterday and am keeping all of it. The dress I really wanted ended up oos so am a little disappointed. Managed to put on pin but will link later.

The only piece of clothing I 'need' is a pair of flared jeans, petite length. Am struggling to find a pair though - someone mentioned TS but when I looked earlier in the week they were all oos in my size online. Might try and head to a store later and see if a pair are lurking somewhere!

Ootd is black BR crops, cream tory burch shirt, pink boden cropped cardi and black slipper shoes from dune.

OneLittleLady · 15/05/2015 12:15

hi all

I don't need anymore clothes apart from a couple of pairs of jeans. My favourite and best fitting and most flattering pair of jeans finally gave up the ghost so need to replace them. The ones I'm wearing today, charcoal with ripped knees, are a good fit so I'd like to try and find some without the rips if I can. Might be a case of waiting til most of the lighter denim is out fo the shops though, I can't wear really light denim without looking three dress sizes bigger

bettykt · 15/05/2015 12:15

Fedup I can vouch for these RI Brooke flared jeans they come in petite but if you don't want them taken up then you'll have to wear heels. They're a nice fit too.

libertychick · 15/05/2015 12:28

Bernice you have my outfit sussed today! I am wearing loafers, trench, cropped trousers and sweater! V me. Will give you a full update on the pub convo with Blair when it happens and it would be wonderful if you could join us

Thanks for all earring loss (and candle loss) empathy.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 15/05/2015 12:46

fedup asos usually do various lengths in jeans too. But I have tiny legs and resorted to taking mine up.

Bernice lol Grin I am coming to terms with being RC so no hate! I don't think Lib and I are that similar either, which does make me think that it all needs to be taken with a large pinch of salt.

Drywhiteplease · 15/05/2015 15:45

linus just ordered this and

Drywhiteplease · 15/05/2015 15:49

this with 30% off. Thought you might be interested. Liberty I think you'd like the second, dark green?

Drywhiteplease · 15/05/2015 16:13

linus I have also ordered this.... Tempted by the navy, QueenC for you?...............I blame the toothache, need cheering up Grin

Drywhiteplease · 15/05/2015 16:17

Just caught up.......Marsha how does one loose candles Confused ?
And....my MU ticket has arrived Grin

Fedupnagging · 15/05/2015 16:34

Thanks for the link Bettytk - all oos! Blair I often get trousers taken up but with the flares I have tried so far they are all really long so by the time they have been shortened, the shape wouldn't look quite right.

Dry, nice tops - I have the sleeveless blouse in pink (last season in the US). Sorry you still have toothache, thought you got it sorted?

QueenCardigan · 15/05/2015 16:50

Lovely dry but I hate chest pockets on me.
