amber it's not so much the grey that bothers me but the fact that when I get too many grey hairs I'll have to start dyeing my hair.

I like my natural haircolour and I really don't want to spend even more £££ at the hairdressers. I'd rather spend it on clothes

Soo weird, yesterday my periods were so heavy I had to wear a tampon and sanitary pad at the same time (TMI?) and today they are very light.

I haven't seen a gynae since DD was born but perhaps I should make an appointment. Also to sort out contraception as I have been putting it off whilst I accept we won't be trying for a third child.

linus i always said I'd colour my hair when I get grey, and still will. The problem is when do you start? I have a few "crazy" white hairs, really not many, but they're wavy and coarse and I can see them. I highlighted my hair so they don't stand out as much but the suckers literally stand out! Not enough for an all over colour yet, but when ?

See, I've always thought getting more mature has its advantages but it's bloody expensive;

Linus as someone who got my first grey hair in my 20s (and I am now about 80% grey) I'd say well done for getting so far. And I can make you feel even better when I tell you that I found my first grey leg hair today when shaving!

Am sitting here looking gorgeous in a hair and face mask. Feet have been scrubbed to within an inch of their life and nails will be next. Yes, it is time consuming trying to slow down the ravages of time.

One plus though, is that I don't need my legs waxing much any more - a combination of having had them waxed since my early 20's and the menopause. Ditto underarms.

Ds2 will be voting for the first time today - he has spent a long time looking at the manifesto's of each party and can justify his choice. He's very excited

sat here in a puddle of sweat waiting for the right time to go to the doctors for my appointment. I'm certain I have a UTi so feel pretty grim. also need to get out and vote, i know who i want to vote for but it's taken me ages to come to a decision over it

We are going to vote after work tonight, and had the bright idea of making a night of it, so are following it up with dinner and the cinema (Avengers!). I've had a sore throat for 3 days though and today I feel terrible. Will try to still enjoy it, especially as I'm going out for lunch too!

I had my first grey hair a couple of years ago, but am hoping it was a freak one-off as I haven't had any since. Neither of my parents went grey until their 50s so fingers crossed.

Dsis is here and once she's done in the shower, she's going to pick through the bags ive sorted out and take the bits she wants.

I'm off to shop's neck of the woods today. For once actually have a decent OOTD: American vintage grid print sleeveless top, black helmut Lang leather leggings, topshop snake print lace up flats, black all saints blazer, Tiffany bone cuff and neon pink Raoul saddle bag. Nice not to be in Lycra!

Coincidentally I have also found my first greys recently - I am not going to dye my hair though. I haven't dyed it for about 10 years and have decided I won't when I go grey.

bernice really like those shoes and haven't noticed them before. I've been deliberating over black shoes all spring and still can't decide whether I need them or not. Which probably means I dont!
The beauty of being blonde is that you don't seem to go grey. But it just seems to get darker and look dirty.

Feeling pissed off today. Have had one day of dh at home and now he's away overnight again for a conference. He's meant to be going up to pil at the weekend but is thinking of cancelling as the dc and me are missing him.

I've been to the GP this afternoon and I do indeed have a UTI and a nasty one at that. He's given me a doctors note for uni since they wont accept my time off for illness without one.
