I was about to link the floral pale MaxMara Studio Shop could do that one. Love the Sea one too.

Linus really like the tie dye one, last one is really nice but a bit too gamine for me.

LinusDKD · 05/05/2015 20:57

Gosh shop thanks but I think I have been spending enough lately. Wink

shopafrolic · 05/05/2015 21:00

Yes Marsha they were my favourites for you. Anywhere else sell Sea?

BrandyAlexander · 05/05/2015 21:03

Isn't the floral a bit conventional for you? lovely dress.

BrandyAlexander · 05/05/2015 21:06

linus your post made me realise I didn't buy anything in April! Shock Shock

MarshaBrady · 05/05/2015 21:13

You may be right Novice

Shop I'm afraid I'd need the discount on the Sea.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 05/05/2015 21:24

Linus and shop are good! The equipment star dress and the yellow dress are the best for you I think M. If there is such a thing as a natural romantic I think you might be it, the natural, easy shapes in luxe fabrics are definitely you. (Am I getting it Lib?!? Wink)

QueenC lol, prior to this experiment I was anal about hangers too, but it's ok because I know it's not random!

Fedupnagging · 05/05/2015 21:33

Agree the black dress is too safe for you Marsha. Shame the Sea one is oos but think you'd look good in the dip dye dress which I love.

Stokey' I have just sold a pair of boden pointy shoes on ebay - wish I'd known you were after a pair as think you have fairly small feet like me.

Am v envious of Novice and Dry's wardrobes. I have a large double with double rails, a single for coats dresses etc, 4 shelves, 3 drawers. Plus I have collared some space in ds2's wardrobes. My 'hanger arrangements' are the same as Shop. (Only on MNV do we discuss hanger arrangements!!)

Haven't had a chance to look at the met ball pictures yet so am off to check your links.

This is my favourite look from all the met gala photos I've just trawled through. No idea who the model is but she looks stunning.

Loved Katie Holmes' hair and thought Kate Hudson looked good too. A lot of weird and not so wonderful outfits on show but I think the met gala is the do where outfits are 'out there'.

AmberNectarine · 06/05/2015 07:29

I really like the MaxMara for you Marsha. The yellow on is also gorgeous. I don't see you in black and that first IM one, while nice, is too little-girly for you.

LinusDKD · 06/05/2015 07:37

Morning!

What a start to the day! First I nearly faint in the shower (I actually sat down on the shower floor to stop fainting) and then I burst out in tears when I notice that DH has scheduled travel on our 'househould calendar' on one of the few evening I actually booked something months ago.

I blame my periods for both incidents as they are super heavy and have been since DD was born.

I normally don't cry easily when I have my periods or get very emotional but looking at that calendar just made me burst out in tears and shout at DH. Blush

OOT is Boring from Boringsville so I won't even mention it.

Drywhiteplease · 06/05/2015 07:51

big hugs for my friend Linus. Thought of you when I put on my CH and P blue striped dress just now.

I'm feeling tetchy....must be MNV synchronisation Grin

Fedupnagging · 06/05/2015 08:01

Flowers for you Linus

I'll wade in too - had a migraine on Sunday and had a headache since and now both dh and ds2 are home today - am somewhat grumpy today which is most unlike me!

Hope Novice has a better start to the day today!

Ootd thus far is pj's!

BrandyAlexander · 06/05/2015 09:58

Oh poor you LinusThanks and Brew for you. Hope your day gets better xxx

Thanks FedUpSmile much better start today ignoring fact that my 9.30am didn't turn up for our meeting when I travelled to their office

QueenCardigan · 06/05/2015 09:59

Oh linus hope you feel better. I've had back pain overnight so could we'll be synchronising too!!

It's absolutely pissing it down here. Going for a nice lunch with dh so am going to dress up a bit.

mazj4cks · 06/05/2015 10:04

Well it's official..my brain is mush!! Sitting at home chilling with ds and then the 'Wednesday song' comes on on CBeebies...que me jumping up frantically rushing because I realise ds is supposed to be in nursery! ConfusedBlush the bank holiday obviously completely threw me! Haha
Now to chill for abit before meeting a friend for lunch!! Grin

AmberNectarine · 06/05/2015 10:26

I woke up grumpy today too but I no longer get periods since I had an IUS fitted so can't blame that. I think it was just DH's inability to be quiet while getting dressed - you want to go to work at 6am, fine, but I don't have to so shut up!

Still I'm sports bra and capris following my workout. So hard to decide what to wear with this changeable weather!

Stokey · 06/05/2015 11:05

Shame about the shoes Fedup, I'm a 5 thought so may have been too small. Belinda put some red Office ones on the workwear edit which are a bit cheaper than the Boden ones - not really a winter red but I do like them.

I was going to suggest that denim APC dress too for Marsha, Linus, I love it but probably is a bit casual.

OOTD is Hoxtons and a purple & black stripey top that I have had for about 10 years. I actually rescued it from the charity bag last week Blush so am determined to wear it. Letehr biker jacket over & Stans for braving the wind.

AmberNectarine · 06/05/2015 11:29

My topshop ones also come in red or black and are about £60. I also have these which I think are very good for the price.

shopafrolic · 06/05/2015 14:11

I liked the look of the TopShop ones Amber but wondered if the red was a bit orangey?
Maz your post made me LOL Linus yours made me :(
Hope everyone is having better days - QueenC your lunch looks yum

OP posts:
QueenCardigan · 06/05/2015 16:07

Lunch indeed was yum shop but too little of it! I had to have a pudding to fill me up. Sadly the pub was in the country and I've got to do beavers drop off tonight so no drinking. Wore jeans, navy blouse and navy boots.

Karbea · 06/05/2015 17:52

linus sorry to hear about your poo day Sad

Ootd brown Melissa odabash bikini Grin

LinusDKD · 06/05/2015 18:36

Evening!

Well my crappy day ended in a crappy manner as I think I've found my first grey hair. Sad

I asked DH and he thinks it's grey as well but he's just happy as he's been going grey since he was 18.

I'm still not convinced so going to pretend it's a blonde hair and I'll pull it out asap. Grin

The good news is DH has rescheduled his trip (he's really very sweet) so now I can go on my planned outing.

Any purchases to report marsha?

Great OOTD karbea! Wink
