I've already jumped on the flares bandwagon.

Out tonight, road testing my new Zara suede fringed jacket, with the TS leopard mini, Helmut grey marl tee, anthracite opaques and dark grey Jalouse. Brought my bright green Anya mini Gracie as I thought it all looked a bit neutral. Tiffany bone cuff and a furry headband are my accessories.

One nice dress. And laughing at OneCat. We had a lovely cheeky boy cat who was always up to mischief but he died at just 15 months old. We were gutted - especially eldest DS who he actually "belonged" to.

Amber I need your life - gorgeous clothes (bowling shoes aside Wink ) & a busy social life.

Santa hope you are enjoying a blissfully relaxing evening now & feeling better. My cure-all is oversized pjs, glass of fizz & crap tv of the "Real Housewives" type or the lust-fest that is John Hamm in Mad Men.

I think flares have to really fit snugly to the knee to look good on me, any wrangling above knee and they look horrendous.

Just noticed that Whistles are doing a tube skirt in grey. I think this might have to be one of my next buys, as I've been hoping for one for nearly two years. Am rather liking this too.

Oh I like that denim skirt Remus. I had a quick run through Whistles the other day and they have culottes in the same colour and weight of denim as well which I am going to have to try on Smile

I would love to come to the meet up but DH is away with work so i cant leave DS alobe at home, but definitely next time.
Just had a soak in the bath (nearly fell asleep) just lunches to make and possibly an early night with one of my books i keep meaning to read.

Remus the MU's are great fun - everyone without exception is terrified about their first one and then never misses one again (although I am missing the next one as we are on hols). We all cope with the fear by getting a bit very drunk.

remus that skirt is my worst nightmare. There's just something about exposed zips that I don't like Grin.

I'm trying to find a way of saying that I am rather fond of a zip, without sounding like some sort of fetishist. The skirt would be too long and probably the denim too stiff for me to get away with (little and curvy) but it would be fantastic on somebody tall and slim with a little white vest and Converse in the summer.

oh Santa I'm exactly the same, in fact I've had a teary day myself.
I cheered my self up by nipping to the shops, I needed some nude tights, I also came home with the river island boots and some khaki m&s jeggings in the sale.

Lib when I said you were medicating with purchases I underestimated the number of purchases!!!Grin my eyes hurt too much for screen time so no shopping from me.

flares and I are a total no no except that I have two pairs from barami in new york which are just perfect. They were also cheap as chips!

QueenC thank you again for MU details. they have finally gone in diaries.Blush There is a slight catch in that I might not be able to make it now as dh is going to new york first week of march so I have to move my trip to 2nd week. Will let you know when the trip is booked. Remus meet ups have been really good fun. completely bizarrely, nobody will look the way you expect them to but everybody sounds the same so you get over the nerves and weirdness v quickly! Also little things that people say on here will suddenly all make sense. There isn't a person here who hasn't almost crapped themselves before the first oneGrin then you wonder afterwards why you were so scared!!

Marsha I think that was 2 years ago? I remember worrying that I had told you all I was 40 and I would turn up and you wouldn't take me seriously as I look so young. I even did my sophisticated work make up to make me look older.Blush oh then I was worried on of you would be an axe murderer. Grin oh and I was worried about what the hell we would talk about. ha! ha! ha! ha!

ujjayi oversized pjs are on, and just had some bruschetta with mashed avocados,chopped tomatoes and teeny tiny bit of red onions, balsamic,and a bit of sea salt, I like to live dangerously Wink, watching the muskteers,and the actress playing Madame bonacieux is starting to get on my nerves, but my oh my, that Santiago Cabrera is dreamy. We have the exact skin tone Grin,
