I am wondering how the Cos clothes will go shop esp as you say their sizing is so strange at times. DD loved Christmas. She got a pram with a hood as requested and Anna and Elsa dolls. V happy girl.

novice I can't help with the bag question sorry. For a cocktail ring I would go for a browse around vintage jewellery shops or maybe get something made.

Linus did you get my pm last week about the uniqlo sweaters? I got a red one for you but havent located grey yet.

Cranagh · 27/12/2014 23:21

Quick hi, it's decameron here. Hope you all had a fab Christmas.

A Paris Christmas sounds fab, Santa.

Shop I have been dithering over the 50/50s for years and planning on buying next week. Have a voucher for half the amt so finally taking the plunge. I tried the Dune ones on but the 50/50s are better on me, I'm also tall. Some colours are reduced on the Stuart Weitzman websie but not black.

Hope 2015 will be good to you all.

Cranagh · 27/12/2014 23:22

sorry, the first two lines were a bit repetitive!

Cranagh · 27/12/2014 23:24

Novice, I had an LV speedy and ended up disliking the shape, ended up ebaying it, personally prefer the neverfull and it is very hard wearing.

QueenCardigan · 28/12/2014 08:09

Hi cranagh good to see you again.

Sorry so many of you are feeling unwell. Miraculously we've all got through Xmas germ free but still new year to go I suppose....hope you all feel better soon. What are everyone's plans for new year?

liberty my dd got her double buggy do she is very happy too.

QueenCardigan · 28/12/2014 08:29

The shoes arrived just before we left yesterday. I had a very quick try on and I think it's love Smile

Drywhiteplease · 28/12/2014 08:36

QueenC my NY plans won't surprise you. Friends with dcs for NYE and NYD , then other friends with dcs arrive NYD for 2 days. Quick turnover Hmm could be interesting if they cross over Hmm am planning on prepare ahead food.

QueenCardigan · 28/12/2014 08:44

Ha ha dry like you I'm contemplating going for a run. But it looks rather frosty out there.

QueenCardigan · 28/12/2014 08:50

Will this tempt you to shop dry

Stokey · 28/12/2014 08:55

Morning Voguettes, hope you've all had a lovely Christmas and anyone who is ill is on the road to recovery. I seem to have developed an allergy to wine every time I have a drink, I start coughing and spluttering, very depressing.

Back to London today but did get some snow on the hills yesterday so had a brief play in the snow.

We also have folk coming over for NYE, not sure how many yet but definitely one family to stay, have not planned at all but Ocado coming on Tuesday to save the day!

I think I'm going to hit the sales after DC go back to school but if anyone sees any Petty's on offer, let me know, thanks.

BrandyAlexander · 28/12/2014 09:05

Morning Voguettes! Still ill but my lovely dcs have been staying in bed all night so at least haven't had the double whammy. I need to get better fast so I get my arse on the cross trainer!

Thank you Cranagh (and Santa!) lovely to see you again. I am leaning towards the Neverfull so that really helped. After the last 12 months, I just want to get this right for miss fusspots dsisGrin.

We don't have any plans for nyeEnvy, one of these days we will have a party but sadly we are a while away from that!

Drywhiteplease · 28/12/2014 09:21

OP posts:
BrandyAlexander · 28/12/2014 09:23

That's a gorgeous dress isn't it?

I am still thinking about QueenC's lovely sparkly shoes. They'll probably be sold out by the time I finish thinking about them!

Drywhiteplease · 28/12/2014 09:23

Right.....kit on.......?I'm trying to get positive vibes from Sleep as I'm going to try kick boxing Xmas Grin before kettlesize.....this could be a very bad idea!

Morning. Back from Berlin, it was fab.

I too am looking at the cold sunshine and the only thing I have to do today is go for a run. Top priority!

Karbea · 28/12/2014 09:43

marsha I'm going to get back into running next year. I used to run a lot but haven't put on a pair of trainers since last Feb! I've also got a voucher for a month of bikram yoga, but I need to have my botox redone before I start that.

MarshaBrady · 28/12/2014 10:26

Go for it Karbea we can be virtual running buddies. Also I didn't know that about bikram yoga and Botox! Is it any yoga, are they incompatible?

Karbea · 28/12/2014 10:34

I think you have to wait 24/48hrs (can't remember how long, as it's a while since my last lot) before any exercise, so I just want to check it out. The voucher is for consecutive days and I'm so much better at keeping to things if I do it everyday. So I don't want to start and then have to stop for a bit.
Yes, a virtual running buddy would be great!

OneLittleLady · 28/12/2014 10:42

I knew the shoes would be love QueenC Grin

No fashion news to report unless you can't buying a tee with a NASA print on it as fashion!

sleepwhenidie · 28/12/2014 12:50

Hi everyone, sounds like you all had lovely Christmases, I am very impressed by the restraint being shown around sales Xmas Shock, you are right Dry, must be a strange bug going around Grin!

We made the very slow trek down to Cornwall yesterday, all settled in now. Beautiful crisp sunshine but freezing (much better than the rain and high wind yesterday). Currently snuggled indoors with poor DS1 who has been ill for almost a week, I'm trying to give him some down time to get better before friends and family all arrive in town later today. I haven't had a night he hasn't woken me up since the night before Christmas Eve Xmas Sad, but at least there's no need to get up early. As soon as DH gets back I am straight to the gym, itching to get there. I'd love to run in this beautiful weather but get earache from the cold. Marsha, Queen, do you wear headband/hat?

Stokey I was about to suggest gin but Dry beat me too it no surprise there Xmas Wink

sleepwhenidie · 28/12/2014 12:52

Oh, one quick moan - why do Amex always email December's statement on Boxing Day? That's definitely having an effect on my sales shopping (none whatsoever), definitely created about an hour of tension in our house! You'd think somebody might delay it a few days in the spirit of Christmas!

OneLittleLady · 28/12/2014 13:06

off to buy some lush shower gels, i love them and they are the only ones that don't leave me with sore, dry and itchy skin. I do hope there are some sale ones as they are pretty pricey but tbh, they are worth it for m,e not to have huge sores, really hoping to get some snow fairy this year as i missed out last time

Cornwall sounds great Sleep hope DS is feeling better soon

Fedupnagging · 28/12/2014 13:19

Cold and frosty here but the sun is shining. It was lovely walking the dog first thing through the fields.

Sleep hope ds1 recovers quickly now you have some down time and you get some sleep!

Novice that is a lovely gift for your dsis. Which style did you go for? Am glad she is ok now.

Am impressed with Dry heading to the gym and Marsha going for a run.

Stokey, allergic to wine - you have my sympathies! Vodka and cranberry or gin I guess. Or, Passoa and orange juice - apparently that is what is drunk in the clubs round here. Who knew! Imagine my face when I spied ds1 filling a pint glass with passoa and orange juice on Boxing Day Xmas Shock.

I have been mulling over Hudsons or pettys - Hudsons can't find cheaper than £150 but both Amazon and shopbop have pettys at a good price so worth checking those out.

Not really had much of a chance to look in the sales but may find myself in Westfield next week and then London the week after so will see.

QueenCardigan · 28/12/2014 13:31

dry I'm impressed. I still haven't been for a run. We went swimming so I'm all warm and showered now so not too keen on getting changed and showered again. Just going to feed the ducks instead. sleep I've literally just started running properly again after a few years off (spd with every pregnancy has ruined my back) but I do have a headband so I'm guessing that I mst have worn that in the cold. I do have a hat too though that I wear for outdoor circuits.
