Queen I have just texted DH to ask if I can get it as my xmas present. He wants cycling shoes - which cost similar. I made the mistake of expressing my shock at this to him a few weeks back and he (who bought me Rockstuds last birthday remember) - gave me a and a sarcastic 'wow, yeah, shoes that cost £300+ - can you imagine?! At least the ones I want do something!' - fair enough !

Hellooo all! Excited! I've had a super lazy day (well, been writing) and have just washed my hair. So annoying about the weather - I do not own an umbrella and was also planning on wearing suede shoe boots. BBC website says light rain and iphone says 50% chance so fingers crossed.

Blair Novice it took ages to find the right Wolfords, nearly black not satin finish but matt so I'm basing my outfit around this.

Will have to be a dress, trouble is I need one like QueenC not too dressy. Which of course I dont have.

Dh has been a champ today and taken the dc to a 3 hour party across town. So glad, as it finishes at 6 which would have been tricky.

I'm going out later with dh, will wear Bruno cream shirt dress,and new coat, can't decide what shoes to wear, don't want to wear boots,but its freezing today,and we sometimes go walking after dinner by the harbour, so stilettos are not a good option, ,

Am in shock at how much have just spent on dh's Christmas gift. Have been budgeting for it since September to be fair but the shop had the annual price hike since. It's personalised too so no going back. Having a large coffee in our local cafe to recover and contemplate. Also got a mini bottle of prosecco to enjoy while getting ready. Santé for later .

Gorgeous jumpsuit sleep. Btw the place told me on phone they'd cancelled your booking and increased mine then I got email with the revised number so maybe recheck the online thing or give them a call? The girl I spoke to seemed really efficient though so would presume she sorted it.

Our neighbourhood looks so beautiful with the decorations up. London is gorgeous at Christmas. Earlier I went to Fortnum's and got a tree decoration (only one as it was £15!) and advent calendars for myself and dsis who is looking after ds. Oh and a musical box of biscuits that plays jingle bells!

That Elderflower liqueur looks yummy shop, I might have to buy some St. Germain next time I'm in France.

Belvoir Elderflower cordial was a favourite of DH and me when we lived in London. Great with champagne.

I think I won't have the MNV cocktail either tonight as we're out of ice. I'll stick with bubbles as well and will try to unearth our bottle of homemade sloe gin.

Have just realised my drinks are the next street over from the first MU venue so I should definitely be able to swing by for a quick drink. No idea what I'm wearing. Currently at soft play in denim hot pants, opaques, J Crew plaid shirt and Michael Kors fur gilet. Will obvs change!
