Fedup I have stonewash, great colour.
Currently wearing their Temptress ofcourse, luckY DH Wink...not a kind of Rouge Noir.
Have you tried 'Neptune' more of a grungy blue/grey....like that one too.
'CElestial' is a pewter grey, but metallic but good for a night out.
I'm a bit addicted ....but so cheap and easy to just stick in the basket.

Ship v exciting. Pm

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 10:09

Love this skirt

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 10:10

Im wearing damson dream

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 10:15

My navy boots have just been sold. The lady that came round suits them much more better than me. As hopefully said to me, I need more feminine detailing.

OneLittleLady · 18/10/2014 10:19

QueenC you know I would wear that dress every single day if there was any way in hell I could afford it! and YY, we all need those jeans to wear to MU's, we can be a chic version of the Pink Ladies Grin

Off to go and get a few bits soon, need milk and bread etc plus going to go have a look at dry's recommendation of the No7 gel polishes. I would love to find something that lasts as my nails chips so easily because my nails are very weak and brittle and are always snapping off. I can't wear false ones either as the glue really damages my nails and I don't want to make them any worse than they already are. May do a spot of gift shopping if anything catches my eye that is a good fit for anyone i'm buying gifts for at christmas.

Can't wait for MU, it's been so long since I had the chance to get dressed up, I'm worried I'm going to look hideous!

Drywhiteplease · 18/10/2014 10:25

Sad but sensible QueenC
Fedup PM!

shopafrolic · 18/10/2014 10:38

One buy yourself some almond oil from the pharmacy for about 99p. Shove it on your nails every night at bedtime - it will help and is cheap as chips.

BrandyAlexander · 18/10/2014 11:01

Morning all! crap signal so I can't see the links yet. boo. I am feeling much better. Thanks

poor you One. Shop, sorry babe but I snorted when I saw the gift from your mil.Grin

today wearing a desigual long sleeved top - it's one of my autumn favourites. very colourful, with my £8 children's gap skinny jeans (so comfortable!) and my RB bikers plus levi black peplum jacket. accessories are my tan aspinal biker bag, Hermes kelly watch, a citrine and diamond emerald cut ring and swarovski bracelet. it's me to a tee - bargain and bling.Grin

OneLittleLady · 18/10/2014 12:03

thanks for the tip shop

Smile
QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 12:03

I'm wearing fat face sweats and sweatshirt. I don't intend getting dressed properly until I shower to go out tonight Grin

shop I feel your pain. I'm spending a week with mil in half term.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/10/2014 12:12

Me too! We have mil, sil and DNs coming to stay on Thursday this week until Sunday. I am going away for a week on Saturday though, so will leave DP to look after them for the rest of the time Grin

I love those SW shoes QueenC.

One I find that whenever I have a gel manicure done my nails are much stronger afterwards, as it seems to protect them. It can be expensive though - I usually just get it for summer holiday and Christmas :) It's about £50 here, probably less where you are!

Fedupnagging · 18/10/2014 13:16

Some great links this morning. Live the blue shoes Dry linked and the nail varnish. I have a couple of greys which I wear lot - light grey in summer and dark in winter.

I have just noticed several chips in my nail varnish, both fingers and toes Shock. How I managed to do that is beyond me. All I have done since painting them is go to bed, wake up, make coffee and walk the dog!

Great boots Queen but to be fair I think I'd struggle to get them on sober never mind pissed.

AmberNectarine · 18/10/2014 13:24

I'm very stylishly wearing black and white tartan fleece leggings and a grey chunky knit wang sweater. Am hungover so am hibernating until I have to get my glad rags on again tonight.

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 13:27

amber you can tell you're young. Once you hit 40 there's no way you can do 3 nights in a row Grin

MarshaBrady · 18/10/2014 13:35

Yep three times in one week, not even together, and I'm out.

santamarianovella · 18/10/2014 14:41

I'm not yet 32, and I can't do three night in a week, let alone 3 consecutively! im a total wuss

Its dark and cloudy here, had plans to go to a huge flea market,I've been wanting to visit for awhile, so had to scrap that out, and now I'm sitting in a huge indoor play area, with what appears to be half the population of the city,Sad,

Wearing, marant sweater, R&B skinnies, and marant bobby trainers,

MarshaBrady · 18/10/2014 16:01

Still, your outfit rocks Santa. And yep two nights is enough really, I am wuss too.

Amber what are you wearing tonight?

Today I'm wearing Equipment check jumper, and Stella stonewash jeans. I think this is my favourite jumper.

Drywhiteplease · 18/10/2014 16:10

Fedup it doesn't matter what brand of nail varnish or top coat I used! my colour never lasts longer than 24hrs before chipping Sad

I refuse to be defeated by age....I will drink coffee and stay awake. I can do 2 nights out in a row and would give 3 a go sadly DH can only manage oneGrin the old git.

Yes Amber outfit please. We're going to an outdoor thing so I'll be wearing my parka and chunky field boots not glam really despite the nails

COS cashmere powder blue hat arrived. It's lovely, quite loose....I don't look too much like a hamster, more like one of the seven dwarfs !

MarshaBrady · 18/10/2014 16:13

Good one Dry I tend to load it all into one night - mu here we come Wink

shopafrolic · 18/10/2014 16:59

You're all making my social life look shite.

Fedupnagging · 18/10/2014 17:15

I last did 3 nights out in a row over bank holiday weekend but was exhausted by night 3 and left at 11pm! As we don't have young dc's anymore it makes it so much easier just to slob on the sofa the day after a heavy night and leave them to fend for themselves Grin

Am now having a little rest before slapping on the war paint!!

maradesbois · 18/10/2014 17:24

Same here Shop Grin did nothing last night but am currently lying on sofa under my blanket watching a documentary about castles Confused

Fab fantasy shopping as always QueenC although must confess I share MrDry's velvetphobia. The white cape reminds me of an updated version of what a glam 1920's bright young thing would have flung over her shoulders, bit like Kate Moss's party at Claridges.

Speaking of London nightlife, further to my earlier message about MU if those attending can pm me your details I'll send an email round so we can start making arrangements. Iirc:

Ach I'm in tonight, I'm happy about that.

Thanks Mara you're a star.

AmberNectarine · 18/10/2014 17:41

Am wearing purple very body con American Apparel (the only shop DH has said I can spend unlimited money in) long sleeved crossover dress, opaques, NL aquazurralikes, purple jewelled bracelet, black fur jacket and small black Balenciaga bag. This is a shameless 'date night' outfit, chosen expressly for sexiness.

santamarianovella · 18/10/2014 17:58

dry, GrinI bet you look great in that hat, the only hat that looked great on me, was one of DH's, I'm actually amazed at how soft and how perfect it looks on me, guess will be checking men's stores for a hat then,

shop I wouldn't call spending 3hours at an indoor play area a coveted social life, but the nice coffee shop we stopped by on our way home for some cake and loads of coffee for me was worth it,
