nice lace dress

OneLittleLady · 17/10/2014 22:49

nice dress QueenC really like the neckline

Karbea · 17/10/2014 22:54

Yes really unusual. Are lace dresses still in?

OneLittleLady · 17/10/2014 22:56

Karbea I've seen a lot of dresses lately that are part lace, usually just on the tops/down to the waist of them. very few, if any, full lace dresses though

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 17/10/2014 22:58

I hope so Karbea, I need some more wear out of my Zarita!

I pinned those trousers QueenC, suspect I'd need to get about a foot chopped off the bottom Grin

Drywhiteplease · 17/10/2014 23:17

I just paint my nails for the hell of it sometimes, even if I'm not going out Shock because I'm just that sort of person Grin. I highly re comment No7 gel look nail varnish, 2 coats and you're good to go. Nice thick brush for easy application. And I don't work for Boots.
Amber I'm still chuckling at your penis comment! don't think your DH will ever make a disparaging comment EVER again Grin
Decorator finished...carpets next and I'm in....................yippee
and yes I've had 3 glasses of wine, my name is Drywhiteplease

OneLittleLady · 17/10/2014 23:46

ooh, I have a money off voucher for No7 dry so I might go look at those gel look polishes tomorrow, not that i really need any more polishes as I have a plastic tub full of them but I guess just one more can't hurt, can it?!

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 08:01

dry agree about the brush. I've got really wide nails so the brush makes painting them easy. one there's always a colour that you don't have!

OneLittleLady · 18/10/2014 08:12

I absolutely agree QueenC! I bought a black polish a few weeks ago, haven't tried it out yet but my Dsis stole it yesterday to go with her big night out outfit! To think, she laughed at me for years for having black nail polish and now it's cool?! Grin

I've been up since 3am with ear pain. Resorted to wearing a woolly hat in bed last night to keep my ear warm as it was too painful to lay on the infected ear but too cold not to, IYSWIM? It's a good job I sleep alone Grin

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 08:54

I can't believe your ear is still painful one. Poor you. I've got a black polish that came in a set but have never worn it. It's really difficult to paint on well too.

Having a lazy morning so may do a spot of fantasy shopping....

OneLittleLady · 18/10/2014 09:00

QueenC the nurse practitioner said it's the worst infection she's seen in an adult for quite some time Sad she said my ear was hugely swollen inside and basically the same colour as my crutches. She gave me a weeks worth of antibiotics with instructions to go back two days before I finish them as she said she suspects I will need more. It's no wonder I was in agony and felt totally rubbish.

ooh, you could do some fantasy shopping for christmas party dresses for us all Grin

maradesbois · 18/10/2014 09:21

Morning all,

Having a lazy morning drinking espresso and reading world of interiors with dh home. Love looking at the autumn colours outside, we are in town but lots of trees, foliage in gardens.

Hope you all enjoyed your Friday nights in (or out) and have nice nails to show for it. Am going to do my chanel April later, personally would have called it September or October.

Just wanted to pop in to say I am happy to do the planning/organising side of MU but will need help from the Londoners amongst you for venue as don't have much of a clue.

How lush would this be for a winter ball.

one just seen your post. Will go xmas dress shopping at your request.

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:24

If only I had the budget

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:26

Hmm

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:28

for you, one

I'm on dh ipad where cut and paste works perfectly. I'd forgotten how easy it is to link without hours of frustration.

Fedupnagging · 18/10/2014 09:31

Morning all, this is the colour of my nails - all 20 of them. Very matchy matchy.

Mara that Cape is 'just darling'. Am going to a ball tonight and it would be just perfect. Instead, in the real world, I have dragged out a silver pashmina.

One you don't sound at all well Flowers. I hope the antib's kick in ASAP.

Dry you must be so relieved that all the work is nearly finished. What colours did you go for in the end? Also, trust your dd, I bet she'll remember.

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:35

these could be dangerous on the dance floor!

shopafrolic · 18/10/2014 09:36

Making up parcels of fun for a couple of Voguettes this morning.
Hopefully is having some of my Autumn clothes, and a few make up bits are on their way to Dry
My SIL and 2 nieces arrive next week for 5 nights, and then MIL called to tell me that my birthday gift is a visit from her and FIL the weekend before my birthday Hmm
So today will be spent cleaning, posting EBay bits and having a general sort out before the place turns into a guest house!
One hope you feel better soon
novice how are you doing?

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:42

gorgeous

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:44

for shop

Fedupnagging · 18/10/2014 09:44

Wow, Queen, those shoes look fierce. Do you think anyone has actually purchased a pair - and then worn them?

Shop sounds like a busy few days for you so hope you get to enjoy your birthday.

Drywhiteplease · 18/10/2014 09:50

Oh my goodness that Erdem dress is so gorgeous Queen . I really like his stuff a lot and I adore velvet. It makes DH feel weird though as does cotton wool, although I always suspected this phobia was just a way of getting out of nappy changing! .

A few nice things I'd buy if I won the lottery:
shoes
not my usual style! but love the fabric
lovely bag
cosy boot
ott but I love it
bit short but the colour is divine

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:57

we all need these

QueenCardigan · 18/10/2014 09:59

Imagine getting these off when you're pissed Grin
