Well didn't make it to dvf to try on Zarita dress, hopeful can get away on my own for a bit tomorrow when dh back from a business trip. Ds was a bit of a nightmare but to be fair I did have to take him to goyard where was making enquiries for a gift for dh. It took ages, he was playing with his cars and chatting with Malaysian tourists quite happily then yelled to me across the store 'I need a wee and a poo RIGHT NOW!' . We got access to the special Goyard bathroom though. Couldn't face any more shops so we went for ice cream and to the park instead.

one I agree with shop enjoy today and don't think about tomorrow! I have to tell myself the same thing when DH tells me about his upcoming travels, otherwise I would be permanently miserable as he travels so much.

Talking about traveling, there is a big chance that I am going to NY for a few days in October. DH has a conference and some meetings there so I am going to join him for a long weekend. Yay!

I have finally picked up my RB biker boots. I may have cringed a little when I walked into RB and 2 different sales assistants said "hello Novice how are you? Haven't seen you for a while?" and said "how is ds?". I think I might shoo there a lot. anyway I picked some new shoes as well. i am only at softplay (ds has abandonned me!) but I love my outfit today. J crew bejewelled baseball tee with gap always skinny jeans. my new watch is much better with casual outfits. (Santa is right the padlock was annoying me. i think its because I average about 10 meetings a day and it's important to be able to see my watch v subtly so I can wrap things up in good order.) anyway also got my aspinal biker bag, dune flats and swarovski crystal moon ring plus bracelet. carrying my moschino beige jacket (an amazing tkmaxx bargain from about 8 years ago!) as it's too hot.

last thing, One, I have done the long distance relationship thing twice (including transatlantic) and it is hard (although ripping dh's clothes when I saw him was the fun bit! ) . But listen to your Auntie Shop as she's right. enjoy your time together as otherwise afterwards you will regret not being in the moment. Have a great weekend. x

Soft play, I remember those days < shudders>

I've just spent the morning at a birthday party with dd clinging to me and not wanting to join in. Almost as painful as soft play.

linus v jealous. Would love to go to NY again. Dh is going to Boston in November and would love to join him but sadly dm can't take the time off work to babysit. On the plus side though he does normally visit Tiffanys whilst he's there.

Sorry wasn't bragging (2.55) more a reference to the bag thread and not using the bags I have.
