Fedup I'm still in ballet flats.

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 18:28

Linus ooh go on, Matches. I'm looking too Grin

Blair you would look amazing in the Mango dress.

Sleepwhenidie · 16/09/2014 18:47

Much too much like my Acne one Marsha, beautiful though.

I stuck some bit on eBay and Vestiaire Collective today, fundraising for shearling Pistols Grin

LinusDKD · 16/09/2014 19:05

Yes shop probiotics and eat lots of yoghurt! Poor you!

Lovely Preen dress, very elegant.

fedup I wear ballet flats in the morning and flip flops or Gigis in the afternoon Shock

shopafrolic · 16/09/2014 19:09

I have got some probiotics. Should I be taking them now then?

TopShop Jean wearing ladies. If I wanted black skinnies, which style should I be looking at in their range please? Is it Baxters or something else?

Sleepwhenidie · 16/09/2014 19:13

Thanks for remembering Fedup. Interview went OK but maybe I didn't sell myself enough as they went with someone with more relevant experience they said. I'm not panicking yet as have another 6 weeks in my current job and Dh seems quite chilled about my potential unemployment.

I was in black courts today and black trousers, but was pretty warm by the evening. I may go for pencil skirt and bare legs tomorrow.

LinusDKD · 16/09/2014 20:11

shop it won't surprise you that I will say to go for TS leigh skinnies.

They are skinnier than the Baxters (I have a pair of white Baxters) and I just love them. I bought a black pair when I was in London for the MU that I can't wait to wear when the weather gets cooler.

Mine are the supersoft ones so are quite a thin fabric, which I prefer. I think they also do a proper 'denim' fabric in black.

Drywhiteplease · 16/09/2014 20:15

Sleep it's GORGEOUS...I absolutely ADORE that dress. Nipped in, slinky, not too short, asymetric.....it's lovely.
Shop stylist sounds interesting.
Blair that's a beauty, if it had been done in cteam what a knockout wedding dress could you get one made?

Who was asking about the AOStories black suede slippers ? They are v comfy indeed.

QueenCardigan · 16/09/2014 20:21

fedup I'm pretty much still in summer stuff. Cropped or rolled up jeans with converse dance or ballet flats and cardi in the mornings. Then havs/saltwaters and possibly shorts in the afternoons.

Gorgeous dress sleep
Yes shop get the probiotics down you and look out for thrush.

QueenCardigan · 16/09/2014 20:22

shop gap jeans are £29 at the moment if you wanted to try their leggings jeans.

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 20:30

Acne jumper going back. I nearly liked it, then I showed dh and he killed any kind of liking Grin

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 20:30

And must not have returned anything to My-Wardrobe for a very long time, as I can't recall having to write the ARN (ARN? RMA these days!) on the box.

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 20:36

And the scarf, it's ok but not blown away. Have decided I want a big, soft cashmere one. would love that same Saint Laurent one as Santa

So will return all and it means I can go on Matches. Feel good about that Wink

shopafrolic · 16/09/2014 21:38

What's the sizing like on the TS ones Linus?
QueenC the black legging jeans from GAP weren't reduced when I looked..... Which sucks.
Marsha good call on the returns. What colour scarf? Navy?

Drywhiteplease · 16/09/2014 21:44

Right latest leather skirt going back.....not perfect. The search continues.

But the big news is that after our horrendous Sunday date in Ikea DH has decided that we I need quality wardrobes. The man came today I don't hang around and the designs look lovely. DH won't notice he has a quarter of the spaceGrin

LinusDKD · 16/09/2014 21:46

I am a 28 in the Leigh skinnies shop.

I think TS has free delivery until midnight tonight but better check.

maradesbois · 16/09/2014 21:47

Evening,

Novice was going to ask if you had your new bag yet. What rubbish cs from Mytheresa. They've lost themselves the queen of bling as a client. Big mistake. Huge.

Shop nice purchases. I also really like TS Leigh skinnies. Tend to wear them to death so they don't last very long but can live with that for the price. How do you get Matches code btw, is it just from being a regular customer and/or on mailing list?

Marsha sounds like you weren't too excited about your mw buys anyway besides dh's comments. Big cashmere scarf sounds lovely.

Dry in answer to your question of yesterday re things we wear regardless of fashion mine is tartan/plaid. Have a vw wool mini that must be getting on for about 8 yrs old but still comes out every winter (weight permitting!).

Santa you must have been so central in London. Dh and I finally have a plan, to live within walking/short tube ride from Selfridges/Matches work & school and enjoy big city life. That is if I get ds into one of the schools am looking at and dependent on bonuses etc but am just relieved to have a plan we both agree on at last.

Stokey sorry you didn't get job but good that you're being positive about it all.

Lovely day here today. Went swimming outside this afternoon, probably for the last time this year. I know plenty of people swim outside all year round but am too much of a wuss. Just had a quick look at WIT, beautifully styled b'day party for her dd but does she, like me, have a big showstopper of a multi-coloured piñata cake out of which smarties and jelly beans will cascade when cut into? She does not. Grin

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 21:49

Shop yes navy. Nice, I like navy but would prefer cashmere / mix softer at least.

Dry keep going! Tough isn't it. Perhaps we should all design our perfect skirt since it's so hard to fine one. I've wanted one for ages.

MarshaBrady · 16/09/2014 21:50

Mara swimming sounds lovely, where, London?

shopafrolic · 16/09/2014 21:53

Linus what are you nowadays in Paige? A 26?

OP posts:
LinusDKD · 16/09/2014 21:57

I think so shop. The Leigh skinnies do feel quite tight when you first wear them and after every wash but they do give a bit after an hour or so. They don't go baggy at the end of the day though and all mine have washed and worn really well.

LinusDKD · 16/09/2014 21:58

dry pm

shopafrolic · 16/09/2014 21:59

I guess I'd better go for a 30 with a 32 leg.....
