There's a chill in the air as we head towards Autumn. Some of us may have jetted off to sunnier spots, some of us are lounging on yachts (kind of) but we're still going strong 44 editions in. Come and join us for fun, friendly fashion and beauty chat. All welcome, any budget. :)

Oops, I did mean to write One!

Not decided on boots yet, am still looking and will probably try to get to some shops for a trying on session. Also, am trying not to spend much for a month or so as we are still getting over the spendfest in the US!

Lovely Valentino dress Dry. Didn't realise you're not keen on fit and flare as I think they would suit you. The second reiss dress you linked is really lovely too.

Leather skirts - is it worth splurging on real leather? There look to be some good 'pleather' skirts around although nothing worse than feeling sweaty in plastic!

Back from a week of no internet and MN layout on phone has all changed, am lost!

Had fab hols, such a remote location at country house belonging to dh's family. Lounging in garden and beach with evening strolls and seafood dinners at old port, was bliss. The wit lace asos espadrilles got loads of use and were much admired. Back at pils for a week before school starts, going to the local town this afternoon. Not brilliant for shops but good for dc with petit bateau, jacadi, galleries Lafayette.

Have skimmed the thread and also the fab new bag thread. See that shop has been living up to her moniker with gorgeous boots, dress and indeed v cute new puppy.

Despite still being on summer mode I want marant boots for under £200 from matches too. Only 35s and 41s left though, grr. Off to look at knitwear before the extra 20% off ends

fedup I've no special skincare at all. I use superdrugs Vit E intensive moisturiser and the same brand hot cloth cleanser and exfoliater. I occasionally use some elemis skin bliss capsules if I've got any (MIL often buys me elemis stuff) and thats about it. I always take my make up off at night, I never sleep in it. I really don't do anything fancy, I honestly thing I've just been lucky!

Gah had to bring DH to physio apt and missed DHL...

Having a quick look at the Asos sale - decided to filter dresses by 'workwear' this is one of the first ones that comes up in that category

The plum Zarita is divine, I'd save up for that ...BUT....my bf has it in navy and I keep seeing them and would worry about bumping into someone wearing it.

Just painting toes....feels a bit too early to ditch the bright summer colours, but blues and browns are calling.

Out with a big group of girlfriends tonight. V informal right, me? Never knowingly underdressed so far I've got my Next block heeled sandals out ........

Marsha well you know how I'm like totally famous right? We have a deal with Hello magazine (bit embarrassing really), and they are coming to the house to take pics. I've had a team of people dressing the rooms all day - exhausted.com

Dry don't fret I'm still here, just. Glad you like at least 1 dress! We are off in about 15 mins. Had a lovely day at the spa with my mum and 2 sisters but then all the rushing around at home has given me a headache.

I ordered some tees in the Shopbop sale this week and they arrived today but I'm not happy with either of them.

The sl one looks nothing like colour in the picture and the ls one has a hole where one of the seams of the shoulder has come loose.

Sigh, will have to e-mail them about the hole. Hope their CS is as good as their speedy delivery.

Right, I'm copying this chic lady....Oasis skinny Cherry jean in khaki, black old needs replacing if I could find one, pref merino, or cotton, not specific am i these ....wish I had this but the Disco will do.
