Continuing. From here some of us may have jetted off to far flung foreign parts, but we're still friendly, fabulous even in the heat wave and full of frivolous fashion talk. Come and join us Smile

Have a fab time mara
shop forgot to say, how annoying about your boots.
No idea what to wear tonight now. It's really hot all of a sudden. Toe nails need doing and not sure whether I will have time so that rules out sandals!

MarshaBrady · 15/08/2014 17:31

Mara thanks there's some other £50 ones if you fancy it, but another colour.

Linus well done! Shock absorber, absolutely is the way to go.

Have fun tonight QueenC

Dry paradise sounds perfect to me [green]

The T Burch jumper turned up, it's a keeper. The buttons are quite blingy on the back, but it helps that I can't see them Wink. The colour is lovely and the cashmere is pretty good.

I ordered this MiH shirt. It's similar to the other I have, that I like. Probably breaks one of my own rules but thought I'd give it a try!

LinusDKD · 15/08/2014 18:50

Lovely shirt marsha, am tempted by it and the yellow one you have but I don't really need it.

mara I don't know what the weather forecast is for next week and how much further south you're going but the weather has been so weird here. Pouring rain one moment and sunny the next. Enjoy your holiday!

liberty how funny, I read the same article on earphones and had bookmarked the pair you're considering and a Sennheiser pair. But DH says he's got a pair lying around (has been unable to find it though) so I'll wait before ordering.

I've just put on my new Nike running leggings and I have just realised I have a camel toe. Sad. I know it's a big fashion no-no but is it acceptable for workout gear? Might have to wear a long tee to cover it up or is there special underwear I can wear?

LinusDKD · 15/08/2014 18:51

DH made me a White Lady before dinner, yum! Sounds like you're having a great holiday.

Stokey · 15/08/2014 21:15

Gorgeous bag Santa.

Blair I tend to go for Freya bras, they're less "girly". The Arabella is nice.

I also have a hideous cold Mara, am sipping a hot toddy before getting an early night. Off to France at the crack of dawn tomorrow, Bryanair, pray we're not over weight.

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 08:21

Yay, we have some sunshine this morning. It's only 11 degrees but it's sunny so I don't care.

Some lovely ankle boots on Matches this morning

for shop (sell your Hudsons and buy these Wink )

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 08:27

for novice

QueenCardigan · 16/08/2014 08:32

Morning. Had a lovely night ( and have a sore head). Wore my meet up outfit of zara navy and white star blouse, cropped jeans and grey ballet flats.

Can't get the links to open at the moment to check out the shirt and boots.

linus I have a camel toe in exercise gear but doesn't everyone?

Next outfit dilemma is what to wear tomorrow. Going to a colleague of dh for lunch who have dc of similar ages. I've never met him or his wife. Thinking jaegar white blouse and jeans.

Ankle boots for me if I win the lottery.

santamarianovella · 16/08/2014 11:07

Morning,
dry I know what you mean, by not being able to stay away from MNV,

After 10 days of non stop swimming, The dcs, have gone into that "i have everything but im still bored mood" and are watching cartoons instead, might as well use this precious time,

linus hope dh massaged your sore tingling bottom Grin, and 11 degrees is chilly for August ,

queen yes please wear the jaeger top, its gorgeous,

mara enjoy your hols,

I'm in love with this color Valentino rockstuds, grey blue.

just look at it, its the perfect muted shade, modern with just the right hint of classic,

the antique pink is beautiful too,

santamarianovella · 16/08/2014 11:19

pretty dress

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 12:57

Lovely colour that blue/grey and I really like antique rose as well. I love those colours for little girls' clothes as well.

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 12:59

Forgot to mention I just did the first level of the 30 day shred for the first time today.

Not as bad as I thought it would be and I quite enjoyed it. Not too long either. Wink

In the end I bought the Sennheiser running earphones as DH couldn't find his old ones, will try them out tomorrow when I go for a run.

QueenCardigan · 16/08/2014 14:09

dry I nearly bought that bag. I keep dithering over that and the le pliage neo but in reality I need neither.

Love that shirt marsha

Dh has told me I'm not allowed to mumsnet when we go on holiday!

Fedupnagging · 16/08/2014 17:44

Hi everyone, I'm home! Jetlagged and due to go to friends for drinks in a while. Am hoping I don't nod off over the prosecco!

Dry love that beach bag. I forgot to pack mine (doh) so ended up using the le pliage! Sounds like you are having a fab time.

Santa love the Valentino links. I spent a long time in Nordstom lusting after the rockstuds - I'll take any colour but the navy was particularly lovely. Oh, also love your new bag.

Grin at Linus's camel toe.

White blouse and jeans sounds good to go Queen

Stokey and Marsha hope you both feel better ASAP. Nothing worse than travelling when feeling rough.

This very lovely bag was bought as an early birthday gift from DH - will link more goodies when I get time in the next couple of days.

MarshaBrady · 16/08/2014 18:55

Welcome back Fedup! Lovely bag.

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 19:31

That is a gorgeous bag fedup! In my preferred type of red, a deep cherry red. I always find it very hard to find anything in leather (bags, shoes, belts, etc) in that kind of red.

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 19:40

Just saw this on NaP and immediately thought of novice

Something to wear on your days off but still look sexy and smart.

MarshaBrady · 16/08/2014 19:50

Linus that's lovely, I can see it for Novice too

And I'm so pleased they have that blurb about angora at the bottom. I threw my acne angora jumper out (it was a bit old anyway) and won't buy any again. I'm pleased they've taken the right steps to get it from the right place.

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 20:00

I hadn't even noticed it had angora in it (and I am usually a maniac when it comes to checking fabric content) but I am happy Rick Owens and NaP are concerned about where they get it from.

MarshaBrady · 16/08/2014 20:04

Me too. They should do it with fur, maybe they already do.

Lovely links today. One of them led me to G Rossi grey suede heels.

OneLittleLady · 16/08/2014 20:08

evening all. Lots and lots catching my eye on the outnet at the minute. I'm spending some time looking around for ideas of what I might like for a/w (yes, I have moved on, i don't do summer) will narrow down links for opinions when i've had more time to look

LinusDKD · 16/08/2014 20:09

I've been pinning light grey knitwear as that's what's missing from my A/W wardrobe. Am tempted to buy some grey shoes/boots as well....

MarshaBrady · 16/08/2014 20:20

I'd love some grey stuff this a/w. Light to mid grey.
