My J crew parcel (pencil skirt and Tippi) arrived, not bad as they said 4-8 days and I think it's been 5. Can't say the same for Coast - ordered Sunday and the shoes haven't even been despatched!

Whistles order arrived today and I am so happy! Both the stripy jumper and the grey cashmere are perfect and will work with lots of things I own - I feel ready for A/W already for SecretSquirrel for linking the Clea.

And after what must be a record delay this red H&M midi skirt arrived today 13, yes 13, weeks after ordering it. But it was worth the wait, I love it. for Linus as I'm fairly sure you linked the black version originally.

Lib I hadn't noticed. Waaaayy out of my price league anyway.

I have that skirt in black and was keeping my eye out for the red in our local shop but no luck.

The white Madewell top has arrived (again, impressed with Shopbop) and is lovely. It is quite sheer but I might get away with it wearing a skincouloured bra.

I saw some pictures of the Dior A/W collection and I am drooling over the winter coats. Sooo gorgeous.

And the embroidery on some of the other clothes was just stunning.

Finally got my Mulberry Mabel Hobo bag bag from being repaired. They re-edged the strap where it had worn for £30. Took months but good to get it done. I've fed the leather and sprayed it so I feel I'm looking after the good stuff I own.
Tomorrow I'm taking a Gucci cuff watch and my Michael Kors watch to get serviced and have new batteries. The MK watch has tarnished quite badly considering how long I've had it (18 month ish) so we'll see what they say.
DH has taken our dog back to the vets tonight - she's still not right so I'm unsure what will happen next - specialist referral and more £££ no doubt.
Love the shopping Liberty - you're so good at knowing what works for you.
I've just realised I have two weddings in one weekend in September. Am hoping I can wear the outfits I wore earlier this year but need to check how things fit as I've lost more weight since then.......

Thanks for all the nice reviews on my shopping! I am really delighted with all of the items. Such a good feeling when you get things you know are just right.

Nice shoes Shop and great bargains. Good work on getting the bag and watches sorted out. I always feel terribly grown up when I do things like getting jewellery cleaned or putting proper soles on new shoes!

Hope your dog is ok Shop. We have two and know the worry they can cause.

Really love this tshirt which goes well with this black skirt. I also got these shorts which seem quite expensive but are a great fit so will keep.

I am off on holidays tomorrow and don't know how good the wifi access will be but will catch up when I can. Have a good week everyone x

Starting to think about AW too. It's my favourite season and I love Warm clothes. Saw a Toast preview catalogue: all chunky jumpers and vivid boots and coats. All £stupid too.

Funny you should say that Topaz I really can't get excited about SS clothing, I much prefer AW, boots, coats, chunky knitwear, etc I can get excited about.

Me too Mother... see what I did there . Love the security of opaque tights, jumpers and coats, although I'm enjoying sleeveless, sock less etc at the mo.
