Miserable day here too, so cold. Will be wearing TS tile print cigarettes, navy vest top and pink boden cropped cardi and not decided on footwear yet.

Khaki skinnies, burn orange (old FCUK) silk sleeveless shirt, animal print slippers, Mulberry Somerset hobo in Oak.

Did I mention I took my Mulberry to the show yesterday and whilst in the prize cow/bulls sheds I saw the exact same bag just left (by an cow owner I presume) on the straw, all by itself among the dumg etc...I was and had to resist the urge to rescue it and give it a little cuddle

Secret that's a tough question. I go for quantity but also know how much pleasure and use you'll get from your dream bag I'm no use am I?

Thanks for outfit feedback turq. I decided yesterday that the BR skirt needs to wing its way to the charity shop. It has never been the most flattering fit and I persisted with it because I love the colour which works well with navy, grey, , white etc. So I am now on the hunt for a replacement yellow skirt! Suggestions welcome if any of you see one.

I am now logging off MN and staying off until I get the train home later!

I'm feeling impatient for a delivery - either the Coast shoes or my J crew order, where are they?!

My cobalt Madewell top has arrived and I love it. Perfect colour and fit.

And how good is Shopbop!? I ordered on Monday and it arrived today.

I love it so much I have just ordered the white one as well. black one was sold out in my size otherwise I would have bought it as well

I think I'll ask about that poor girl when I pick up DD. It has been on my mind all day.

If I knew the mum I would ask her if she wanted a coffee and a chat (maybe things are getting too much for her and she needs some help) but unfortunately I don't, in fact I've never seen her before.

I went to J Crew (again!) but have finally decided I don't get on with J Crew at all. It just looks wrong on me and I feel all wrong too.

But I did pick up the last acne peach jumper and L'Agence city shorts which happened to be in my size in the Liberty sale. Very happy about that! I can see the shorts working with loads of shirts and jumpers that have been crying out for something other than skinnies.

I got the Acne but peach not orange. I have enough orange stuff for now!

Will see if I can find a link to the shorts.

Happy 40th Stokey!! . Glad you had a fabulous weekend in Ibiza.

Linus that's horrible about the little girl but sounds like a mother at the end of her tether so nice idea to offer to go for a coffee.

Went to Bicester yesterday but was so not in mood for it (not very Vogue I know!). Nearly bought Sergio Rossi red suede heels but they we a half size too big and didn't pass the 'would I still covet them at fp' test. Also lovely maxmara camel coat but less than 30% off full retail price, no way.

dry not often we consider how to dress for an agricultural show here but sounds like you nailed it! Btw was meaning to ask what happened to you at smythson?

Have dsis and dbil staying for a few days. Aperol spritz time soon .

Am about the little girl being dropped like that. Maybe it wasn't her mum though, maybe it was someone else doing the drop off. I know lots of people who have others drop kids off at crèche, I d keep an eye out in case it wasn't the mum. If I thought someone who was doing me a 'favour' (or I paid) to drop my child of was doing it in such a way I d be gutted. And I feel a little judge-y towards the mum for dropping off like that f she was the mum. Not fair to let your temper and emotions get the better of you like that. That s the way the little one was left for the day.

Mara in short, as everyone lived through this with me last year. Impulse buy moi? Blue Smythson Nancy in sale last summer. Absolutely hyper excited about it. Neighbour signed for it then went out. I got home to find delivery note. They took ages getting home. Downstairs loo window open.seriously considered break and entry to retrieve it.

Builders are knocking through tomorrow. Dust arrives. but climbed into my new bedroom through the window, builder had to pull me up, shame it wasn't his gorgeous Johnny Depp helper and stood looking up at my vaulted ceiling, bloody exciting.

Band of Outsiders skirt goes back Too short, too small, thinner fabric than I expected.

I adore the style love! love a slash neck....but I don't love the fabric content. This is the sort of maxi I need.
