As a newcomer to Zatchel - what are the most recommended bags? I've got a brown leather small sachel already (bought in Florence 10 years ago and it's aged beautifully) so I was wondering about the barrel bags. Are they very small?

Just bought dd the red micro satchel and me the red reptile 14'' satchel. I love mine but gutted the denim one has already gone.
Hate the barrel bags and oval ones - look like ones I had as a kid in the 70s.

I got a copper metallic barrel bag and put a metallic cobalt blue saddle into my basket but changed my mind at the last minute.

Thanks for the info William - I had seen the sizes but couldn't translate it into what someone can actually get into the bag. Still, at £15 (plus P&P) it'll be great for evenings out :)

I have got already a brown leather zatchel with animal print furry bit at the front that i use daily. I have also got a small zatchel in a gorgeous green elephant type leather as well as a teal coloured 13 inch one that i havent used yet. I bought a metallic colbalt zatchel from ebay and OMG its gorgeous. I took it out for lunch and had SO many compliments. The colour and metallic sheen on this satchel is divine! I was the envy of all!! Its stunning. Tonight i bought a red metallic 13 inch one. I wont be buying anymore satchels for a while now. I do love satchel bags. Note that they are stiff to begin with but do get softer. I would say that the 13 inch is a standard size. I do find i cant fit that much in the 11 inch but i do like the metallics in this size although they didnt have the red metallic one in this size but hey ho!!! So pleased i 'bagged' it at only £35!!! It was over £100 on amazon!!!

Ok I have now bought the denim one as it's back in the sale ...

I ordered a purple elephant leather satchel but the site seemed to think there were over 1000 in stock (when I increased it in the basket to check!) so not confident of getting it...

So I've just made a second order for something else just in case, and now I haven't had a Zatchels confirmation email for that one. Sigh.

What have you ordered?

I didnt get an email confirmation either. I wonder if its because its busy?

Blue elephant 13" satchel and purple metallic barrel bag

Greengardenpixie, I've ordered two bags from them in the past and didn't receive a confirmation email for either, but both were posted out and arrived fine.

Good good, Bloodflower - how long did it take to get them? I won't want both of my satchels if they arrive - I'm just convinced they've done the stock numbers wrong on the purple elephant ones!

They are still saying they have the purple elephant ones. For my other ones that i ordered, they took about a week.

Hopefulhamster, a bit relieved about that. I cant remember if i got a confirmation email either in the last flash sale. I sooo want my gorgeous metallic red satchel!!!
