The victorian lace one looks lovely. I just wish they would hurry up and post my new ones!!!
The red reptile one is really lovely too...but i think that one red one is enough!! One i saw that i would have bought was a metallic red one with white stars all over that was on pinterest. It looked lovely!

No email here, I looked online at my account on satchels website and it is 'processing'. Have a feeling it might be a bit of a wait....

What are the saddle bags like inside? I've never had one before but they look lovely. Do you wear them cross body?

I ordered the small neon green saddle bag last night. Had been stalking it from full price down to £38 at the start of sale and then yesterday afternoon they dropped it to £20!! Result!

Totally plain inside, no pockets. To be worn cross body I would think. Apparently you can't fit anything in them, I'm thinking of mine as an accessory more than a functional bag!!

Are they lined? What is quality like?

Funny you mention that purplepenguin - Modalu Pippa was also on my consider list!

I have never heard of modalu pippa but had a google. Lovely looking bag i must say. They are completely different though in style.

Yes I was just comparing the two makes of more expensive actual leather bags I own. The Pippas are beautiful don't get me wrong but the 'natural variations' in the leather can look a lot like flaws and the hardware scratches more easily than on the Zatchels. If anyone is ever tempted to get a Pippa get it from an actual shop where you can inspect the leather properly - don't buy direct from Modalu.

I am quite surprised by that especially so because they are so pricey. A very interesting comment. I have had lots of Radleys in the past and they are amazing quality . Beautiful leather with absolutely no irregularities. I sold most of mine on ebay as i dont wear that that type of bag as i have kids and its across the body for me. I just find bags with handles only impractical and ones that are shoulder bags a bit annoying when you have a jacket on and even so when they slip down. For me its zatchels atm. I love satchel style ones although i have ordered a saddle bag which im excited to get...a purple metallic large one.

Does anyone know what Zatchels are like with returns? I might just have to try a saddle bag!

I would go with the large. Ive never returned anything but im sure they are fine. They do free returns i think but check their policy.

Oh my...opened it..its BLOODY GORGEOUS!!!!!! so pleased :) It also has a handle which i didnt expect wooohooo!!

I also checked out my other ones and they are 'printed' too so may arrive early next week with any hope!!! I dont want them coming while my dh is off..he will think i am going mad!

I like the saddle bags but can't decide on colour! What do you all think of the cobalt blue metallic? Too bright?
