I think in future I will buy from a shop not online - worth paying the extra imo. Wish I had used Cambridge Satchel Company now - anyone tried them?

I haven't even got a reply to my emails just the generic confirmation that it has been received. Phone lines are always busy.

I think I may have been lucky. I emailed, received a reply and got my bags a couple of weeks ago, in plenty of time for dtwins birthday. They are fabulous bags.
