I think I may have been lucky. I emailed, received a reply and got my bags a couple of weeks ago, in plenty of time for dtwins birthday. They are fabulous bags.

3 of the 6 saddle bags I ordered showed up today. I ordered large but they're bigger than I expected. Colours are beautiful though. Will pop pics up later :)

I've been waiting a month for mine too. Obviously no use for my holiday, but.hopeful for birthday (the one dh has bought me a present for already) I emailed and they said someone would look in to it and reply. Still no reply.

Thats no good. Well i started to do this. I sent them my first email and then after that i put in the title bit..2nd email and then they replied? I would then have gone on and emailed 3rd email and so on until they responded.

They dont reply to my emails except with a generic email to say they are working through their orders and will send it when they send it

You need to email them. I told then to stop sending me emails about their products until they sent me the bag that i had been waiting over a month for. Bag arrived 2 days later. Ha ha

All is forgiven. My bags arrived today and they are gorgeous. I will order from them again, but anticipate a 6 - 7 week delivery period.

I ordered a small purse from ebay for £5! It will fit a card and some money. It will fit perfectly at the front of the bag. My mobile will go in the main compartment and my keys too. I have decided to use it for non work days like today. I will use it to go on the school run which is perfect!! Thanks for the tip about the osprey purse. Will have a little look at that online!

Greengardenpixie, i have a Osprey pink coin purse that fits debit card, notes and coins and is perfect to slip in smaller bags.

I haven't carried my micro one (red metallic) yet, but have been using all three of my barrel bags (brown leather, denim and black cracked floral) every day.

The barrel ones fit small pack of tissues, lipstick, dog poo bags coin purse, small hand sanitiser, handful dog treats in a sandwich bag and my keys and phone!

well i recieved my red lava micro zatchel yesterday :) Tbh it is gorgeous...and i love it colourwise but it is really tiny. I will keep it but it will have limited use for me. It doesnt even fit my purse but i need a new purse anyway so thats not a big deal. It will mostly be used when going out or when i really dont want a bag dragging me down! It is very cute!

Cardamonginger, it's probably the same principle as dress making. They work out how many pieces of the bag pattern will fit on a length of leather and if they don't have enough to include handles, it's cost effective for them to sell more bags minus the handles.

Try asking them though as they have bent over backwards to add all my requirements.

If they make them to order, even in the clearance section, then I don't understand why you can't select certain options. I've ordered a cobalt metallic satchel and wanted to have a handle, but I couldn't. If they have them in stock (which would account for not being able to order specific modifications), then why are people waiting so long?

I received a generic e mail the other day which said that they are making the bags according to when orders were placed. I was told I should get mine next week which would be around day 45. By this reckoning your bag should arrive soon Snog. Not impressed with the delays. They must have known there were going to be delays when I placed my order as I did so several weeks after the sale had started, but they still took my money and didn't warn me that they were not going to meet their 28 day time scale. Unless I am very impressed with the bags I don't think I'll use them again.
