Not at all SoyYo it's all good Smile

libertychick · 13/05/2014 20:31

Arrrragh - I have just lost a really long post and I have to get back to my study.

In short, Shop I'm not getting another tattoo no matter how much you try to make me Grin. I obviously need to harden up and shove an earring in my ear like the rest of you!
I look rubbish in brown and anything 'muddy'.
Welcome SoyYo
Dry I love your interior colours - and I was Shock at 'enough dresses'.
Marsha I can guess where you might be on Sat - I am still waiting to get the agenda for the day so not sure how much time I will get for lunch. Will let you both know asap.
Linus great boots but I don't think it was me looking for grey ones - was it Anni...
Mwahh to all - have to study....

OneLittleLady · 13/05/2014 20:31

Don't worry SoyYo I wear and link to things like my 'my little pony' tees and comic books tights Grin all shapes, sizes, styles and budgets are welcome here Smile

libertychick · 13/05/2014 20:33

Oh and Fedup YY to everything SoyYo has said about curls - that's exactly what I do. Body shop do a good range of silcone and sulphate free shampoos and conditioners. Apparently Timotei shampoo is good for curls too and cheap as chips. I'm going to try it next.

Fedupnagging · 13/05/2014 20:35

Thanks for that SoYo. You hair sounds amazing and I know who you mean - Kelly Hoppen I think. If I want my hair curly, I don't go anywhere near a hair dryer and atm am using Moroccan oil. Will definitely try the Boots pink curl though.

Your links aren't crazy - you have to wear what you like and what suits you. I'm not that much younger than you and struggling between looking 'old' or 'mutton dressed as'! Consequently, I dont buy as much as I'd like. I love all the links on here though.

shopafrolic · 13/05/2014 20:44

Liberty bring your studs on Sat, duck out of your course and I'll shove em in for you?! Are you sure you can't be persuaded to get a tattoo while we're at it?

libertychick · 13/05/2014 20:46

I'm now just scared Shop Grin, I'm going to hide behind Marsha if I come.

Fedupnagging · 13/05/2014 20:47

Thanks Liberty. Will have a look in Body Shop too.

LinusDKD · 13/05/2014 20:48

shop how are you feeling? When do you get the results of your blood tests back?

SoyYo · 13/05/2014 20:48

Thanks Liberty, Marsha and Fedup.
I second the Body Shop rainforest range, I use their low sulfate shampoo and hair butter all the time. yes, it was K.Hoppen I was thinking of.
Good to know great minds think alike, and totally agree about not wanting to look muttony, but at least now I know what suits me and my body shape and I only care about good quality fabrics, and what makes me feel good and smile.
At least my DS's (18 and 22 now) don't seem in the least bit embarrassed to be seen out with me. One is very gothic due to his screamo band, the other the complete opposite all Hollister preppy looks.
DH is nuts (in a lovely way), always says "keep it" and that things look good on me, so it is reassuring to get a second opinion on my random buys from a "non SoYo male loving" audience, if you know what I mean Wink

MarshaBrady · 13/05/2014 20:49

Lol I have zero tattoos or piercings so I am a natural shield

libertychick · 13/05/2014 20:49

Completely distracted from studying now as I'm giggling like a loon to myself imaging a meet up where we all get tattoos. Getting especially tickled wondering what Dry would get and where? Grin

MarshaBrady · 13/05/2014 20:51

SoyYo I'm sure you look really lovely! Dh prefers the less dressed up version of me and contrary to a popular view prefers laid back to body con and heels. Fine with me, I prefer it too.

shopafrolic · 13/05/2014 20:52

Getting there Linus. Sorry for TMI but diarrhoea has pretty much stopped, but now I have lots of stomach pain instead. Blood test results on Thursday when I'm back at the docs.
New car tomorrow :)

Fedupnagging · 13/05/2014 20:57
