i have a friend who ordered them in my size because her size was sold out, so she thought she would give them a try as they do often come up big. then her size came back in stock over night, so she asked me to order them instead of my size and we were going to switch. still with me?! so the package arrived at mine today and she picked them up and loves them, but mine still not arrived with her and looks unlikely that will be there tomorrow. so i can't try on or check over or anything before i go, and it's 14 days returns so can't wait till i get back. only option seems to be for her to send 'my' boots back then transfer the money to me to cover what i paid for her boots. but that means i have no boots.

it's a whole boot hoopla.

Horrible polemicist is probably the kindest thing I can think to say about Liz Jones. She is toe curlingly vile about racing people without the least idea of the way we treat our horses - they live like emperors while we sacrifice just about everything to care for them and provide them with the highest standards of welfare imaginable. But then she is vile about almost everyone, all the while bemoaning how misunderstood and put-upon she is. I feel sorry for the other CBB contestants.

Shop I was so sorry to read about your dog yesterday. My dogs are practically my life, so I can understand your anguish totally. I have been through it twice before so I know how hard it is. Hugs to you.

I feel bloated today, the last week of overindulging on anything sweet has caught up with me, my cords felt uncomfortably tight today. Action must be taken!

Delighted with the clutch. Have been wanting a new day bag and a clutch for ages was not seeing anything I liked and came across the two in the space of a couple of days! That s me done for now though, need to stay away from shopping for a while. Will just admire everyone else s links instead. and ignore the fact I have bits on hold until Monday :-)

Foxy - I bring cosy socks or slippers as dislike wearing shoes and feet swell too. Plus I bring a wrap worn as a scarf then can be used extra layer. Hope you have safe travels.

cowboy boots

I used to love my cowboy boots, I must of had them re heeled and resoled about 20 odd times! In the end the cobbler had to hold my hand as I threw them in his bin. It was a sad day indeed
