Calling on style and fashion fanatics, this is the space for frivolity and fun (though it gets a bit tense at sales time) Wink. All welcome.

Cream or navy star scarf w/ the green knit but I'm all about the odd colour combinations, me.

Mignonette · 17/12/2013 21:35

Camel and cream w/ hot pink is VERY now.

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 21:37

Well done Shop! Brilliant! Ok going to look.

Umlauf · 17/12/2013 21:38

Camel and neon yellow is wonderful too mig !!

Umlauf · 17/12/2013 21:40

Well done shop AND you've introduced me to a new online shop!

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 21:41

go for this one, slate boyfriend one

Slate and... scarf is harder.

Mignonette · 17/12/2013 21:41

Yes yes to camel and yellow Umlauf. A flash of skinny neon yellow belt with a camel skirt is lovely-really stylish.

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 21:42

I love the colour of this one but not sure about the pocket for you.

Mignonette · 17/12/2013 21:43

Umlauf

I have an Anna in the country town I lived in / (now live in FT) when I was not at work (my life is complicated!). They have ACNE boots in.

libertychick · 17/12/2013 21:43

Well done Shop. That's fantastic. I like the slate bf jumper.
How soon do you have to pick - could you go to the branch near you and have a try on session?

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 21:43

Can you do snake print?

shopafrolic · 17/12/2013 21:43

Yup, will go for the Slate jumper. Didn't like the pocket or the shorter sleeves for me.
Not sure about scarf. The one I linked up thread, or the grey snake print?

shopafrolic · 17/12/2013 21:44

Great minds marsha Xmas Grin
Thanks all.

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 21:45

Perfect! How exciting!

shopafrolic · 17/12/2013 21:45

Sale preview starts tomorrow mig
They usually reduce pistols etc......

Mignonette · 17/12/2013 21:47

Oh don't Shop I need to be careful as being self employed, DH doesn't earn for the three weeks he takes off over Christmas and saving for big road trip around SE Spain in the Spring (and Austin).

QueenCadbury · 17/12/2013 21:48

I like the slate one. I didn't realise it was an autumn colour though which is why I didn't pick it.

libertychick · 17/12/2013 21:52

With you on card writing duty Grumpy - have pared my list down this year though....

shopafrolic · 17/12/2013 21:53

Technically it isn't QueenC but I'm better in darker colours than lighter and that seems to be the closest option (and should work with other stuff I own).
I just joked with DH - this is the 2nd competition I've won (remember the stylist day that caused me to join this thread in the first place?). He reckons I'm going to start collecting coupons and completing this phrase to win xxxxxxx

justasecond · 17/12/2013 21:57

Well done Shop! I have never won anything, I would go for the grey knit and rose scarf although the snake v nice too.
Mig hope your hand is better.
Ani your dh's crazy ex mil story did make me laugh. Something similar happened to dm, crazy lady at the door who wouldn't go away, it went on so long she really couldn't have then opened the door.
Marsha that is an eye watering amount for glasses. I am v short sighted (-10 both eyes) and only have glasses to wear from bathroom to bedroom and the lenses always cost a fortune, I get them put into the £40 frames though Grin
Decam lovely tops and enjoy christmas.
Liberty Love the gracie, its a lovely bag.

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 22:00

Shop Arh did you win the stylist day too?! I am feeling very unlucky Grin. I one guess the smarties in a jar at 6 and a cake or something at 8. And that's it, clearly important as I still remember such events.

Justa I know. I'm not sure I can buy them tbh. It's just so much and I get sidetracked into other things I could get instead. And I bet the mark up on those things is huge.

MarshaBrady · 17/12/2013 22:01

WON. See too upset

shopafrolic · 17/12/2013 22:03

I won the wardrobe edit and they then upsold me with the stylist day Grin

RubyLovesShopping · 17/12/2013 22:17

We'll done shop that's great to win something at this time if year when we are all buying for others. I won £200 of denim once from Mizz magazine (showing my age) I was a teenager going through a floaty boho phase so blew it all on a horrible coat that got worn maybe four times ever!
Marsha I checked with dh about his glasses he confirmed the cost and says it's not so much cpw but more if you've got to wear them every single day you have to like them to like how you look in them.
Anna sale preview starts tomorrow?
