Morning all! How's the head QueenC?

Lovely sunny day here but super cold - I may bail on wearing a silk shirt and wear the Vince sweater with my coated skinnies and Reiss heels. My DM bought a chunk of my M&S coat so I think I should wear it as we are lunching with them.
Will channel Jenna tomorrow for champagne breakfast instead.

Morning all! Shop how is that coat? There is a biker one that I saw a couple of months ago that I liked and never got round to looking at it.

I was sooo tired last night. I was up from about 3am uk time when they started serving breakfast on the plane. I was first of the plane, bags came off first and there was no traffic on way home. I got in at 6.30am thinking I could sneak into bed with dh for ahem a morning tryst, and the alarm woke the kids up! So we ended up having a family cuddle in our bed. Dh was all excited about the thought of picking up where left off and I just passed out at 9.30pm! Dh said when he came to bed I was snoring! Today, I am still so tired. Yesterday was so busy that I haven't even unpacked. So I am now just shifting my toiletries to a smaller suitcase because I am off again tomorrow after I do the school run.

that sounds like the perfect lunch outfit shop.

it's freezing here too and we have the downstairs doors/windows all open as DH is currently putting second layer of varnish on the wood floors. they look AMAZING.

marsha if you do go with reclaimed boards, but want them darker (as we did) I can tell you how we did it. you can pay £££ for the pros but if you or your DH can do basic painting/DIY it's not too hard to do yourself.

am wearing grey goldsigns, grey l/s top and pale grey poncho. grey-tastic. just like my new kitchen .

hope you had a fab night queenc, how is the head? weekend drinks great for me. make it a saturday and we can watch strictly as we quaff .

Both yours and Shops outfits sound lovely! I am in Primarni today. Orange sweater over a grey long tee. Always skinny gap jeans. Leather wrist wrap watch from Magnolia, my tanzanite and amethyst gold ring (present from mil last Xmas), Amethyst string bracelet and then somewhat bizarrely diamond pendant and diamond studs. The latter are because I have been too tired to take them off since I got back! I used my Aspinal biker bag when I went out earlier (the gold bits on handle match some of my jewellery!) and wore a Zara beige cord jacket with it. All old clothes but better put together than in the previous winters thanks to MNV.

There should be a sob emoticon for you Decam! And knowing what a bag fiend I am, I say that in all seriousness!

You have sympathies. I feel like that too a lot sometimes. Juggling many spinning plates as a master dark art that can be overwhelming at times.

Fish sharing latter with mackerel pate, smoked salmon, king prawns in garlic butter and whitebait. Then lamb rump with roast potatoes and artichoke. Yummy.

After a massive fry up this morning we have now just ordered pizzas! Ultimate hangover food .

Last night was truly fantastic. Great food, great company, lots of dancing and too much wine! I felt amazing in the westwood even when I took my heels off and swapped for the hotel slippers .
