I use them shop they have made a massive difference to what i can fit properly into my wardrobe. I will buy again

Drywhiteplease · 10/11/2013 22:54

I use them for slippery things Hmm ....not jackets or coats.

shopafrolic · 10/11/2013 23:02

I thought they might be good for silk blouses, vintage cotton tees and lightweight knits / cashmere? ATM all my hangers are wooden - although it creates space between the clothes I need a bit more room. I've been EBaying again this weekend but still more to do. (and this is despite winning that wardrobe edit last year Hmm )

OneLittleLady · 10/11/2013 23:09

I only use wooden hangers now for things that have defined shoulder shapes like coats or jackets. Everything else goes on the velvet hangers and it's created so much more room and everything hangs flat instead of being pushed out at the tops by the bigger wooden hangers. I have had things ruined by being hung on wooden hangers before because they've distorted the material

12 hour flash sale online at HoF started an hour ago if anyone had their eye on anything? Up to 30% off apparently. Online only for you night owls.

Morning!

Yawn, DD woke up last night at 2. I think her cut lip was bothering her so we gave her some paracetamol and she seemed fine this morning.

But, as usual, it took me ages to fall asleep again. Sad

It looks like today will be a lovely day and no rain for a change. Very cold but blue sky, my favourite weather!

My hair looks quite nice today but the real test will be to see whether it frizzes at the temples in humid weather.

Oh and I managed to get into the size 28 white Baxters I bought in the summer sales. I bought them 2 sizes to small on purpose and now I can do the zip and button up!

I do have a muffin top but it fits nicely on my tighs and legs.

So I ordered another pair of Topshop jeans in a dark grey colour.

these

I hope the cut on these is as flattering as the Baxters because I have a lovely pert bottom in the Baxters.

shop I hope you are feeling a bit better this morning!

LinusDKD · 11/11/2013 07:30

Forgot to mention, I just put my Jimmies in the dryer so they would shrink a bit. Eeek!

Drywhiteplease · 11/11/2013 08:02

Talking about Ebay Shop the Gant lambs wool essential blazer in charcoal (BNWT) arrived for DH and is perfect, £149 instead if £280! Pretty chuffed relieved . Sold a hardly worn m and S black padded trench last night too.....for £20 Sad but the fund is growing . Love a good sort out.

BrandyAlexander · 11/11/2013 09:51

Morning. Just dropped dd to school and then got back home. Left ds at home and am in car on way to airport. Deep breaths. At least it's only short haul. On a brighter note, l love my outfit today. Wobbly smile.Smile

Safe travels and hugs for you Novice
Morning all.
I was going to wash my Vince sweater this morning but bottled it and have taken it to the dry cleaners instead - couldn't face explaining to DH that I had shrunk my birthday yak. Grin

OneLittleLady · 11/11/2013 10:05

Can't have shrinking yak shop! Dry cleaners is the best place for it if you were unsure

AmberNectarine · 11/11/2013 10:44
