Can I join in? School holidays have meant I have put on 5lbs, not exercised, eaten rubbish and drunk far too much! I am going to have a last blow out this weekend and start on Monday! Here's my list:
Daily
- 8 glasses of filtered water a day
- (Clean and) floss teeth
- The Shred
- Take vitamins
- Shave in shower daily
- Eyelash serum every evening
- Hand cream
- Think about clothes the night before
Weekly
9. Exfoliate / body brush
10. Do nails and feet
11. Deep conditioning treatment on hair
12. Sort out handbag
13. Clean shoes
Two/three weekly
14. Dye hair
Monthly
15. Eyebrow threading
16. Face pack
Ongoing
17. Fasting 3-4 days per week
18. Sort out wardrobe
19. Eat more fish, fruit and vegetables
20. Alcohol, crisps and chocolate weekends only
I normally blow dry my hair, put make up on, moisturise etc so have not included those as they are already part of my routine. I just need to get back into the swing of being more healthy and doing some additional things. I have had my colours done recently so need to sort out some new things to buy etc.
Can't wait to get started! But am going to make the most of my weekend...
