Right - I'm off to bed, I've blown my virtual shopping budget for tonight!

Had a look at Queens list for AW. I like the idea of the men's trouser suits but grunge and shapeless coats will make me look like a bag of spanners. Am small and a tad dumpy so need some shape.

Dm dressed me in tartan in the early 70's with matching hair ribbons (ugh) and I chose to wear it in the early 80's when I was a 'new romantic' so not sure I'm up to revisiting that particular look!

Love grey nail varnish so pleased that is the colour for winter and also dark lips. I suit plummy colours.

Dry I love the bob haircut but sadly it doesn't suit me (my dsis had a fab bob for years and I was so envious.). For some reason I can't the pictures on your profile but if you have great hair, you need to go where you feel comfortable and confidant.

Thanks for the AW summary QueenC, as you say though it's always more of the same - for me though it's about the small details that define a particular season, I'm thinking of last winter's prune Bowie's mania. I won't get it really until I see what's in the shops, or what people are wearing on the street.

Shop those boots are gorgeous....love a heeled ankle boot!

It gets more interesting with the clothes. Matches has some lovely stuff.

However it is going to be 31 degrees tomorrow. Yes!

Ha ha thanks Marsha . Am rocking the bag lady look at the moment complete with birds nest hair and yesterday's makeup.

Am now heading to the shower and then will dress slightly better in purple skinnies and white linen shirt.
