Grin Foxy.

I was feeling bad about lack of links now I've reverse linked into wanting something now gone drat!

OneLittleLady · 11/07/2013 22:48

I have a similar skirt tot he leather one you linked shop except mine is double layered jersey. I think mine is Kenneth Cole one. It's definitely almost identical in style, its just the fabric that's different.

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 22:50

good basic cashmere in a large

Anyone know how J Brand jeans fit? The HOF outlet in my town has got some in at massively reduced prices and I've been eyeing them up but want an idea of how they fit before I try and squeeze into some in the changing rooms.

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 22:53

love this cashmere extra small

a leather skirt is on my AW list,i kinda like it,how would you wear it shop?

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 22:57

I'm a 30 in J Brands, sometimes a 29.... I'm a 12/14. The ones I have do give.......

OneLittleLady · 11/07/2013 22:59

I think I'll try bigger than I think I need to start with, far less depressing to go down in sizes than to go up Grin

Drywhiteplease · 11/07/2013 23:02

Nice links Shop, like the striped cashmere.

I've always wanted to see the Northern Lights ( and I'm not talking Leeds light pollution!) Novice....

Am trying to buy 6 yrs too late a pair of TS Baxters in white but something weird going on with their website, won't let me.

libertychick · 11/07/2013 23:02

Oh Marsha I gasped for you when it was gone! Very nice top - I tend to think it's ok once it's at least 50% natural fibres. I was wearing a cheapo Dotty P dress today - 100% poly - I absolutely love the print but I was so hot in it I have decided never again.

Have just been reviewing my orders over the last two days and I am really pleased - overall saving is 60% and it's all due to the lovely ladies on this board sharing links...hope they all look good on Smile

Shop that skirt is fantastic!

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 23:02

Loads on the Outnet Santa www.theoutnet.com/Shop/Search?keywords=Leather+skirt&x=0&y=0

I can't wear the one I linked as I'm not supposed to do black anymore. I guess I'd dress it down rather than up (but that's what I do with most things!). Simple tee and heels. 'The Marsha way'
Very similar style to the Wang skirts lots have got on this thread..... Any suggestions ladies who Wangangangang? One how do you wear yours?

Drywhiteplease · 11/07/2013 23:13

I love the Me + Em rushed grey top ESP Liberty
I have a v old black leather skirt....wonder if I could pull off a Marsha

santamarianovella · 11/07/2013 23:16

i like to dress down things too, cant decide between an A line or pencil ,love the marsha way.

libertychick · 11/07/2013 23:17

Packing done Shop - added some layering vests, a denim shirt and your pink sweater! Just one scarf and extra jewellery - lots of bangles/bracelets. Had room for my boyfriend style, very warm, cosy and ancient Zara grey cashmere and silk mix cardi because this is Ireland I am going to and I hate being cold!

Santa the leather skirt would look amazing with a gorgeous silk blouse like this and then ask novice for the loan of her Atwood's Smile

libertychick · 11/07/2013 23:21

I am very excited about that top Dry. If it works on me I think it will work very hard paired with the biker jacket DH bought for my birthday!

santamarianovella · 11/07/2013 23:23

the marsha
Love everything about it this look.

OneLittleLady · 11/07/2013 23:24

shop I wear the black one with an oversize vest and either ballet flats or converse for casual wear and with a more fitted blouse and wedge heels for a smarter look. I tend to opt for bright colours on the top with it to contrast with the black. I also have one in a rather delicious snakeskin print which I wear with black, fitted and/or sheer tops and the highest heels I can walk in

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 23:24

Sounds good Liberty layering is a good thing!

Wow Santa no wonder the guy in the background is staring :) she's still a bit too groomed.... She needs to roll the sleeves up and change the tuck......

shopafrolic · 11/07/2013 23:28

I like the idea of a skirt you can dress up or down One.

OP posts:
OneLittleLady · 11/07/2013 23:33

To be honest shop I only bought them because they were ridiculously cheap (£12 for the pair of them I think, something like that anyway) I wasn't even sure they'd look any good on me due to my c-section overhang and big hips but the double jersey means they sit just right and cling in the right places and skim over the bits I'd rather hide. I'm usually very very casual, I don't do much 'dressing up' mostly because I don't have the chance to, we are in a small town with not much to do, so it's limiting unless I fancy blending in with the locals and their tangoed look Grin

santamarianovella · 11/07/2013 23:34

thank you shop, its a rubbish pic of myself ,i promise i look ten times better in rl Wink

santamarianovella · 11/07/2013 23:39
