Marsha what is the verdict on the Paris? Mine do the flappy ankle thing a bit (the red ones more than the other colours ) but when I've got flat pumps/sandals on I don't mind it.

amber thanks for leather protect link, i will get some for my new bag. my mulberry needs some restoration i think, it's ten years old and has been bashed around beyond belief. also has some water marks that needs attention (children's leaky beakers etc). i don't know how to fix it, really, or if it's even possible

shop that RL breton is LOVELY but more than I have to spend. I also wonder if it's a bit too structured for me? am more of a slouchy top kinda girl, as that lends itself to my very, erm, non-glam lifestyle. that was the reason i initially discounted the MD as well, although looking at it again online i do like it. maybe in the sales

marsha so glad you like both, i do too, and i actually think they do different jobs. will ponder. am a bit scared after checking my CC statement, although have a ton of ebay stuff ending at the weekend which should make a dint in it, and am rallying for a housekeeping rise from DH.... don't like my chances as we are hoping to do a kitchen extension this year but there's no harm in asking!

am also LOVING the white jeans links. might keep an eye out for white goldsigns as i have barely taken my dark ones off since they arrived last week. i'm a bit of a weird size, do goldsigns tend to pop up in sales??
