I'm really tempted to try ones of these. Anyone recommend Glossy Box, Boudoir Prive, Feel Unique or similar? I keep reading beauty blogs to see which is best.

There is a thread where you can suggest products for the MN Buyapowa, I was very tempted by the smash box pallette but blew my birthday moment on new clothes and fripperies.

I've missed the Naked 2 sale! They mailed me 28 minutes ago to tell me it had just started. I've just logged on & it's gone already!

I don't know if the Carmine box is going to be pulled (like Feel Unique's) but on their FB page they are promising a big announcement in the next few days. They aren't taking any more orders & their product manager has defected to Shesaid Beauty. I got my first Carmine box last month & it was the alternative one but I thought it was good value & I really like the blusher.

I wonder what is happenning with Carmine HW, I was really looking forward to my introductory box so I hope I still get it! Will be interesting to see what is going on, as long as they are not merging with Shesaid! My original dispatch date was yesterday I think and now it's showing as the 30th. Plus they've had my money for weeks!

So the news is Carmine are merging with Glossybox. Gutted I'm not going to get my half price introductory Carmine box now!

I think it's a shame that Carmine are going. I know they're officially merging with Glossybox, but I think it will stay Glossybox & I don't see any Carmine influence coming through. (Rather like when old schoolgirl comics merged so that the readers of the weaker magazine would be nudged towards the more successful one rather than drifting elsewhere. Mandy comic - I loved it so...)
Just to tout for business.. If any woebegone Carmine fans want to join Glossybox & are willing to use my link so that I can get Glossybox loyalty points, I would be very happy!

Also, today is the last day to join Amarya & get free P&P for your first year. It is currently £10 a month. After tomorrow it's £12.50 a month. You can cancel anytime. If you tell them I referred you (just PM me) we will both get a free box at the end of the year. The referral email has to be sent within 7 days of joining. There is always a full size product in the Amarya box & it is all organic and very nice.
