Bare Escentuals: THE DEVIL'S OWN WORK

I must post about this. I have just spunked nearly ninety quid on some Bare Escentuals starter kit things.

I arrived at the counter in Stratford Westfield with a hideous bright red, sore, scarred, spotty, sweaty face, and some WITCH managed to take a decade off me with POWDER. Just powder! I mean - WT actual F?! A tube ride and a 20 minute walk home and it's still there. SURELY that's not right. I've used all sorts of super-max coverage matte stuff and it didn't cover ANYTHING like this well. O and I have the glowing rosy cheeks of a teen

I promise I've not been giver a tenner to post this stuff. It's just I've spent so much I feel slightly sick. Does anyone else use this stuff? it's not going to last is it. i'm an idiot. What have I done

A full size flawless definition mascara

A 30-day tester set of 'skin renewing' stuff containing:
1 x purifying cleanser
1 x moisturiser
1 x intensive eye care thingummywotist

AND.....

An 'intro to eyes' Tutorial kit containing:

A small size flawless definition mascara
A little eylid primer wotsit
A full size eyeshadow in fawn
A full size soft eyeshadow brush
And a full size (I assume) eyeliner pencil

WTF?!? All I did was get excited online!!!!!

I will definitely have at least 2 or 3 things to give away and will post about that later. REALLY want other people to benefit too innit [hippy face]

Well. I don't think it was well deserved at all really: however I am beside myself with excite and am going to go and FINALLY (for I will hear nothing else) crack eye make-up with the benefit of a rather sweet little step-by-step instruction biz

Hey Jodie , everyone here at BE is so happy you like your little gift . There's nothing better than playing with makeup to cheer up your day . In fact, most of the women who love bareminerals foundation hear about it from their mothers , girlfriends , sisters and its been so much fun reading your (too funny!) conversations on here - I've never seen so many posts!

Bare1 can you send a fabby make up artist to my house every morning to buff me up so I have all the school mums wondering if I've been having an early morning shag....?! That's the look I want...

And what about my shedding brushes? Trust me to get the most unhelpful customer service woman EVER! A make up artist would definitely make up for it

Ello Bare1 and everyone

I have not yet had a chance to swirltapbuff owing to long Skypage to BFF in Forn Parts. Did I swivel the computer round to show my HUGE PILE OF BE SWAG? You can bet your pot of Mineral Veil I did

I shall be doing A FULL FACE shortly, avec Bisque, which looks lots darker than I thought it would but hey, I put my faith in BE; and avec aussie le EYES KIT. The eyeshadow is GORGY. It is sort of browny-pinky-peachy-softly-softly coloured. Which all makes epic sense.

Silver, I think the primer is pretty good for those of us with craterous open pores. But without it I don't think there'd be a disaster - just go VERY carefully and gently with the buffage. Don't plonk on a shedload all at once. Do it by infinitesimal degrees (I am using long words to prove I am not all about the maquillage and nothing else )

We're not going to hear from her again for DAYS; she'll take time off sick too, and spend all her time in make-up heaven!
