I just got a bit bored, covered my legs in nair and then thought 'what the hell' and slathered it all over me bits.

It's great. HUGELY satisfying to just pull the hair out in clumps.

Looks a bit odd though, have never had a brazillian or anything so is all new to me.

Make me wonder why you would have a brazillian actually when you can just put a bit of cream on, read a trash mag whislt perched on the edge of the bath, and then shower it off.

No pain, and cheap.

"Right, I didn't purposefully Immac the baby"

I veet the whole area regularly - shaving is vile and gives me a rash, hard stubble and ingrowing hairs. As long as you only leave it for the recommended ten mins its fine!!

BitOfFun · 05/08/2011 18:52

I just love how the civilised MN response is to assume it was for delicate cultural-religious reasons Grin

spout · 05/08/2011 18:57

but the regrowth! the ingrown hairs! nonononononono.

IPL extended bikini - sooo worth the ££.. I will never have to throw chemicals or sharp bits of metal at my pasty again

Yes, but my favourite thing about Mnet is that people on here get it. You try telling someone in RL you don't know very well that you balded your baby, they don't ask your religion, or assume you had a good reason. They back away slowly in case it's catching Grin

I haven't tried much for the piles tbh please come and talk about your piley solutions here

And lol at BOF. Actually inside I was shrieking 'ahe immacced her baby and announced it like it was NORMAL' but then put my mn hat on and got the cultural reasons book out, like ear piercings for Spanish.

I haven't, but do bikini and thighs (i have unfortunately hairy thighs). Might try it. Do you trim hair short first?

This thread has made me snort tea out of my nose. Dh is looking bemused.

SilveryMoon · 05/08/2011 19:13

That'd be the reason for my piles then, sitting on the loo engrossed in a book! Blush
I don't often get to 'go' on my own without the dc's following me wanting to know what I'm doing, so when dp's home and I can close the door, I take full advantage and read a few pages!

ThatVikRinA22 · 05/08/2011 19:16

i am cheered up no end....i am ill and its threads like this that warm the cockles of my heart....

BecauseImWolefIt · 05/08/2011 19:18

I now know far too much about too many MNetters nether regions and bottoms for my own comfort.

GetOrfMoiSamsungFridgeFreezer · 05/08/2011 19:22

Nah practically, I had the full on 70s bush (I really am oversharing today aren't I) and just shoved it on top.

Hence polecat murder remains in bath afterwards.

OP posts:
ggirl · 05/08/2011 19:56

I'm amazed it tackled your 70's bush Shockmust have been ladles of cream to beable to reach the skin.

Nagoo · 05/08/2011 20:18

Thank fuck it was accidental immac-ing.

Soups · 05/08/2011 20:21

.....Immac the baby

I'm in tears, my 6 year old wants to know why I'm laughing.

Hair removal cream does nothing on me?! After a nuclear explosion cockroaches and my body hair will be the only things that survive. They can knit little hats with my fanjo trimmings to survive the nuclear winter.

BitOfFun · 05/08/2011 20:28

Soups Grin

ameliagrey · 05/08/2011 20:40

Oh dear- surely it's very dangerous? if it gets anywhere near your halfpenny you will be out of action for weeks!

No matter how hard I try I cannot get my head round bald mounds of venus.

Dh likes stroking my soft and silky bits.

bandgeek · 05/08/2011 20:42

I've done it before, looked a bit tufty. I ended up shaving off the excess hair that just wouldn't fall out!

Honeydragon · 05/08/2011 20:46

Soups, tell your 6 year old, ds was 6 when it happened and once I had been suitably admonished for such lax care of his sister (I'm not joking, but hey I deserved it) he found it farking hilarious, and still likes to tease me about it Hmm Grin

GreyTS · 05/08/2011 21:34

This is the funniest thing I have read in ages - just snorted so loudly I woke the baby.

sedgiebaby · 06/08/2011 14:11

This has cheered me up no end.

So is it OK to use these remover creams when pregnant? I don't understand what is in them and steered clear and went for my first eye-watering wax - never again.

Honeydragon · 06/08/2011 16:28

Right, I'm doing it now. If anyone hears screaming in the SE area within the next 10 minutes it's me!

Honeydragon · 06/08/2011 16:29

Oh and dd is asleep downstairs so is quite safe Wink

Sidge · 06/08/2011 16:39

Yes, inadvertently.

I meant to Nair my bikini line only; went to make a cup of tea which obviously smushed the cream all over the place so when I came to rinse it off I was left with the pubic equivalent of a goatee, <a class="break-all" href="http://www.sodahead.com/fun/goatees/question-1104001/?link=ibaf&q=goatee+beard&imgurl=images.quizilla.com/R/RE/REA/realnamesbeproof/1130005857_goatee.jpg" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">not dissimilar to this.

It looked so stupid I took the lot off and felt strangely naked until some of it grew back.

And DH laughed at me Hmm
