The Reiss cigarette pants are mine. Am very pleased with them

mobile.reissonline.com/shop/womens/tailoring_formal/paris/black/

They have some totally gorgeous leather jackets. Not on line but a lovely taupe biker so soft. May have to indulge....

AntPants1 · 19/06/2011 17:45

Oh and this sparkly top in mocha is lovely. May order on line as did not have my size in

Thank you for all your comments - looks like it's a keeper then.

clevery - just call me Sonny Grin

Lovely bag MrsCB, great colour. I notice that Bicester now has a French Sole outlet. Am wondering if a day by train might be in order, especially after this week of flu and having DS alone.

Ants Glad you got the trousers, and that top is lovely. I do find Reiss tops come up big though if that helps at all.

Fleecy great outfit for the hen party. I know what you been about being obviously pregnant and out...I went to a hen weekend in Cardiff when I was 25 weeks with DS, and whilst it was a great night, you do need a drink in a Reflex bar I find. Wink

Bloss Your outfit yesterday sounds great and I am sure being monocrome was very stylish. Hope the roast lamb went down well today.

petit have a lovely day tomorrow - are you going alone? Have you planned somewhere for lunch yet? Don't worry, I am not inviting you to our canteen for a slap up lunch!

moragbellingham · 19/06/2011 18:19

Thanks Katy, we "enjoyed" Newquay last year so won't be going back. Will hopefully be on the beaches too and will try the ones you mentioned.

WAN - That's a yes from me to the jacket too.

some good buys in John Lewis - bought a lovely Mint Velvet dress reduced from £79 to £29 - bought Wednesday, worn Friday everyone loved it

PORTIA4 · 19/06/2011 18:43

Wan you look great in your blazer, definitely a keeper I hope.
Mrs CB great bag, lucky you!
Hope the lamb went well for the chefs, we went out for lunch, I wore my Houlies with nude Hasbeens and cream and khaki singlets, a cream Lainey cashmere cardi and a Missoni scarf.
Am watching my secret pleasure, come dine with me!

redllamayellowllama · 19/06/2011 18:49

Hi ladies, my it has been an avid weekend! Some fantastic bags there Carciofi and MrsCB, love the Reiss haul Ants, fab cossie Bloss, gorgeous blazer WAN, Reine the DVF is bloody lovely, Ollie lovely print prefer the long sleeves. And I'm not even sure i've scraped the surface there.

Had a fantastic weekend in Aldeburgh, despite it raining on and off all weekend. I definitely have an outerwear gap inthe wardrobe. Was suitably raucous, the lasting reminder being the imprint of last night's cockfetti (I kid you not) indelibly branded on my forehead. Good times.

Will go back and peruse more thoroughly, but hope everyone enjoyed their weekends.

Emo76 · 19/06/2011 19:16

pickled saw that in RL , it's a bit too salmony pink for me.

portia that sounds like a great outfit - wish I had the knack of "throwing things together" I am quite hopeless

the watermelon mini alexa is going back - I just know that I won't get the use to justify the outlay (which by the way, even at sale price, seems extortionate for the quality - it doesn't feel all that special to me)

I am quite (super) excited about the NAP sale starting - anyone know what time?

Finally why does this Brew look like it has blue marjuana on it? Or is it just me needing glasses? And if so, where to get stylish ones?!

notyummy · 19/06/2011 19:39

Hello all!

Can't keep up with all the links and will endeavour to get back in the flow tomorrow. Hope all of those with big nights out enjoyed themselves - I was also on the sofa watching TV in my comfy jeans Carciofi and I don't have a newborn as a VERY good excuse!

DD much better and managed to meet up for an outing to a big local park/stately home this PM with friends who have just moved back to the areas with a DD the same age (were in the same NCT group together 5 years ago!) The girls had a whale of a time! Wore black COH skinnies, oversized stripey top and grey short biker boots. It didn't rain, which was a minor miracle.

FritziGreenEyes · 19/06/2011 19:53

emo I had the same association when I saw Brew. Wise decision to send the Watermelon Mini Alexa back if you don't love it.

notyummy Must be a relief that DD is better. Great outfit for park. Also wearing comfy jeans watching TV Smile.

red May I remind you that cockfetti does not go with your new lovely bag! [prim emoticon]

ants Yay for cigarette pants!

fleecy You really rock that jumpsuit!

portia Will copy you shamelessly and wear houlis + H&M hasbeens tomorrow.

Has anyone got a wishlist for NAP sale?

notyummy · 19/06/2011 20:38

Emo, Choo and Apuski (sorry if I have missed others with an interest in either the City or psychology!) Fascinating article in the Observer today on 'neuroeconomics'- how sex influences decision making in the City.) would imagine it is on the website if you don't have the paper.

OllieinOrange · 19/06/2011 21:26

Ants thats a lovely Reiss top and may just satisfy my sequin craving after last nights restaurant spot! Thank you for linking!
NY really pleased DD recovered well.

Emo right decision if you didnt feel the love for the alexa. Whatcha going to get instead?
Portia loved the sound of your outfit. Love CDWM too - so bitchy!

blossoming · 19/06/2011 21:27

Hi everyone. I'm lurking as am preparing for interview. Cannot believe how light it is outside.

Evening all, hope you've had good weekends. I am so so fed up with this dismal weather- not least the fact that it keeps fooling me by being sunny in the morning before reverting to arctic by lunch time.
Lovely bag mrs cb
Glad you had lots of shopping ops on your holiday Katy and that BIL' girlfriend's halo has slipped a bit!
Great that dd is feeling better NY
Good luck with interview prep bloss. Stationery sounds gorgeous.
Oww&fritzi- you could have a joint a&w birthday party!
Am saving like crazy at the moment and selling half my life on eBay so am becoming less avid by the day. May well be lured in by some sales soon so hope to have some links to contribute soon

Hi Annie- sorry- I meant to say thanks for the White co pants recommendation-they are lovely but I think will be too big for her tiny bottom! She is just 2 but minute ( and amazing me so far with her potty training prowess!)
Like the sound of your outfit- shame you didn't get very long to show it off!

Annie. Yes the Reiss cigarette pants come up big. For getting 16 month olds to bed. Share your pain. I know the answer is some controlled crying but I am always finding excuses as to why I won't be doing it tonight.....I do know let my DH put DS to bed every now and again and I think that helps aaa we have different techniques so that mixes it up a bit!!!

ollie so glad to have helped with sparkly top. Reiss also have a pinky T with sparklesle. here mobile.reissonline.com/shop/womens/cottons/miley/nude/

Emo76 · 20/06/2011 09:19

Watermelon alexa clutch

FritziGreenEyes · 20/06/2011 12:26

Arghh, I cannot log into the NAP website. The server seems to be down. Of course now I really want to order something Grin

FritziGreenEyes · 20/06/2011 12:39

It's working now!!!

roary · 20/06/2011 12:49

Hello all
Just whizzing in from week of events to say hi! I am now well out of date (having missed votes on Agnes, Fleecy's maternity playsuits, and much other fun).

I tried this dress on in Phase 8 pre-sale and now it's reduced. fit is great but I can't decide if it is a bit granny's sofa?
