And it has pockets and I love a dress with pockets - above knee on me and I'm 5ft so pretty short on less munchkin-like people.

boden goes for £££ on ebay. Folk are mad for it. Why they don't just order from Boden in the first place I don't know.

I got the Gap dress yesterday. Think I like it... It's quite clingy and the material at the front is very drapey - more than it looked in photo (to me). It's on the knee/slightly below but flatteringly so. It's good if you're self-conscious about a less than flat stomach. I tried it on at home with coloured tights on and it looked ok so not just a summer dress
