Bloss. It must be so hard. Sad. Thinking of you too.

I have decided to keep the See by C one, Thank you Florence for saying you liked it! Smile (but I am sorry I am keeping it too though... ) It looks great with the chartreuse bright belt. Helps it no be straight up and down too.

Ah Anniemac I am undecided on the P&J especially now you love it! It is quite short and a bit snug. But I am feeling a bit flumpy today Wink so might be ok tomorrow. What to do, what to do. It is very bargainous, I will only get 68£ back (lazy option!!! dhl pick up).

If you had it would you wear it to work or daily life??, not sure whether to keep it....

noddyholder · 10/02/2011 11:18

Can i recommend the shock horror jane norman pleather skinnies bargainous and so flattering.First time I had ever been in there and bought 2 things after ridiculing it for years.haven't been back though all the assistants make the wags look scruffy!

Marsha never mind - I remember LTEC linking to it originally and I liked it then (much nicer at 50% off of course).

TheAllNewOoooh · 10/02/2011 12:08

Gorgeous party frock here for a medium...

FritziGreenEyes · 10/02/2011 12:13

Oh bloss... thinking of you and your family today.

notyummy Hope that DD is on the mend soon. Glad that your parents are there to support you.

vin I think you need to feel super confident for your interview and therefore you must not wear mismatching black suit. Why don't you wear one of your black dresses with jacket and heels or is that not professional enough? Otherwise take up mm's kind offer or order something new pronto. Doesn't have to be that expensive just sharply tailored. Good luck!!!

Waving to everyone else from our bed with DD snoring next to me. The hotel is infested with a D&V bug and after DH had it and I am about to recover from the worst, DD threw up in the cable car today. I think this is the most bizarre holiday we have ever had so far. At least our hotel room is really nice and the staff so sweet and doing their best so everyone is comfortable.

So many lovely links. Cannot wait for spring!

notyummy · 10/02/2011 12:43

Blossoming - Of course you miss what this day should have been. I hope you manage to spend some quiet time remembering your dd today.

notyummy · 10/02/2011 12:44

Fritzi - Sorry to hear about the bug. It does sound like the holiday isn't going to plan (to put it mildly....) Well done on trying to find the positives.

mrsjuan · 10/02/2011 12:50

Thinking of you Bloss. Hope you have a peaceful day. Sad

Shock fritzi. What a shame. Glad the staff are being helpful.

Thanks for link Noddy. I love this but is it grey like it looks in the picture or green like it looks in the colour box?

Grin at the daughters dressing themselves. DD is at the interested but convincible stage at the moment (except for one bizarre day when she was insistent that she wore her peppa pig swimming costume over her clothes).

NY - hope your DD is feeling better. A colleagues teenage daughter has got pleurisy at the moment too and they've said it will be a minimum of 10 days before she is feeling better. It's hard when they don't bounce back quickly isn't it.

I don't like the Boden linings either - too twee. I do like the blazer that pickled linked to but is it jersey?

noddyholder · 10/02/2011 12:54

I think that jacket is a dark green/grey like an old barbour sort of colour Its lovely

PlumSykes · 10/02/2011 12:57

Oh my! Our tortoise, who I thought had escaped from the garden in September, has just reappeared. He'd obviously just decided to start his nap a bit earlier than usual. Am so pleased to see him, have just given him a bath, now he's enjoying some grapes. Welcome home, George!

noddyholder · 10/02/2011 12:59

God that is fab.i think they often do that.i would love one but have no grass in my garden atm.Can you pick them up and talk to them Grin

PlumSykes · 10/02/2011 13:02

He's great for chats, and hangs out on the patio with me in the summer, or in the beds if I'm gardening. I felt sick for days when I thought he'd gone. They do often just hunker down, but not usually before end of Oct/early Nov, so was sure he's made a run for it. Very. Slowly.

noddyholder · 10/02/2011 13:04

Do they 'know' you like other pets?

ItsNotUnusual · 10/02/2011 13:08

blossoming what a moving post. Thinking of you and yours.
