No he saved a pen in the cup so he can hold his head high. Great end to a fantastic match.

Mean end of the day penalties can come down to luck anyway. Even with experienced if go the wrong way its going in. So good on him for saving one and all

I could only watch the first 90 (plus those 11 crazy minutes) because we had dress rehearsal at the theatre tonight but I was keeping an eye on it and absolutely gutted with how the penalties went obviously.

I guess now we just focus on staying in the league.

So anyway guys I can update you on my health now. Family all know and honestly this feels like another little family in here.

On “Good” Friday I got the call no one wants. I have endometrial cancer. It’s grade 1 so very early days. I’ve been undergoing various scans and cameras and all sorts since mid-February so it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.

If doctors decide surgery isn’t too risky for me then I’ll be having a hysterectomy and all things going to plan that means I don’t need chemo or any other treatment. I’ll find out hopefully this week but at worst next week what they’ve decided and then the surgery will be done in the next 1-3 months.

It’s pretty shit but I know it could be so much worse. Will keep you guys updated but yeah this is why I’ve missed a few home games recently because I just couldn’t do people.

That is pretty shit for you but it sounds a promising prognosis at least.
