Thanks all. Will share more in time but not all the family have been told yet (don’t worry, not planning on dying anytime soon but it’s still something pretty shit) so I’ll make sure they all know before I share publicly.

It’s really rainy here right now, the wind has picked up a bit but I think it’s meant to be worse overnight. My kids were in Dundee for DeeCon today and the eldest is still there for the after party so I hope the buses home will be ok.

Can’t remember who asked sorry but gig was Yungblud. He was absolutely amazing. It was actually my fifth gig this year but think he was my favourite. 😍

I really felt for Port Vale today. That first goal went in and I panicked it was going to be even worse than it was by the end.

I don’t think we played too badly. I’ve certainly seen worse this season. But the first goal was so early and we were outclassed.

FC Isle of Man's match called off at 60 minute because of Storm Dave. Due to be replayed tomorrow morning at 10am. I suspect I may not make it...

Arsenal going out of two comps is why dont get the media and their 'this team can win the quad!' Chat. It seems the opposition didn't turn up this morning! I suspect they were out on the lash last night. It's still rather breezy here.

I always said they should be nicknamed the Choughs. But I guess shouting "Up the Choughs" probably wouldn't have been deemed appropriate...

The Arsenal women were knocked out of the FA cup today as well, so not a good weekend for us. Yours went through though.

I'm suprised that WH and Leeds are risking their main team players for the FA cup.

I noticed on another thread that the OP was able to pin a post under their first post several days after starting the thread, so perhaps you might be able to do that when you have to update the teams list.

I'll ask MN if that is possible, would be very handy.

i reckon if we have the odd addition, MN would probably update the list if we asked them nicely, and promise not to let off flares...

I agree this is an incredible match. Some of my friends have gone to watch it together (Leeds supporters) and I’ve been out with their wives. They won’t be home anytime soon. I’ve put it on myself now I’m back home. I’m black and white till I die but jeez. Come on Leeds!

He’s not prepared for this at 20 years old. But as a nearly neutral it’s brilliant.

My DH and DS's were at the Arsenal Reading game where we were 4-0 at half time and went on the win-I think 7-5?
Loads left at half time.
DS was in a cast and on crutches and nearly did himself an injury celebrating!!

The 11 minutes added time was intresting!

I want to cross my fingers for Leeds because I have a soft spot for them after spending so much time at the hospital there with my son including meeting some of the players.

But my heart is also with the 20 year old goalie who has been thrown on....who has just made a save! well done to him!
