The rolling Football thread for Season '13-14 might as well start off in the traditional way with the same intro as did the original rolling Football thread all those seasons ago. But with the new tradition of leaving the musty changing room of Dadsnet...
We've been top heavy with premiership stuff but it's really for any footie played on the planet and beyond.

Super-dooper-wooper Sunday! Tea and biscuits for our game, and then off out with dd so will miss the N/th London aggro. The chances of both games ending with a full complement of players are about as slight as Mourinho being anything other than disingenuous at all times.

Hoping Vidic remains on the bench - we need agility and speed at the back, so Evans and Smalling? The best in the circs. Am sure we will score though.

I was at that game, on duty in the police crows nest just above the crowd head level in the Stretford End. Finest view in the ground and the stand rocked when Frank tapped in at the far post in front of us.
Obv even if we get through, who wants to be spanked by any of the remaining teams?
