Are we having a spin on Le Tour this year? They are half way across Corsica already, and Cav and Froome are settled in. Cav's looking for a stage win.

And did you see there were no positives recorded at TdF this year? Phew.

I didn't see that but that is good news. Will hunt out the vuelta news.

Pan. Right well I'd better get out of holiday mode and brush up on my routes. I thought the Sky team for the Vuelta was very interesting plus I need to learn how to say Henao. Can't believe Edvald is back so quick, it takes quite a hard direct blow to break a scapula. These bike boys are tougher than ever.

I'm about half way through the Tyler Hamilton book and it's bloody good. Right, off to find the Vuelta thread.
